The 2 metre long pizza looked amazing. Everyone enjoyed it very much.

The server wasn't interested in knowing if I needed anything after he delivered my food. Food was bland.

Made a booking online for 8.45pm on a Saturday night. Appreciate that’s a busy night, but still didn’t get seated until 9.15pm, and wasn’t given an apology or comped anything. Food was good, not great, so we won’t be going out of our way to go back

Horrible attendance. When I arrived, the host said that we couldn’t sit because the whole restaurant was “already reserved”, even though there were empty tables in the first floor, while in the second floor there wasn’t anyone. She told us to return nearly 2 hours later. Food wasn’t good as well.

Our first time at crinitis was very good as my girlfriend loved the vegan options, our second visit wasn't the same as they advertised vegan options on the menu but did not actually have any available on the night.

Table for a large group was difficult to access. That is the only fault. Otherwise food and service was excellent. Wine was great too.

I’ve been to Crinitis in Southbank several times and have been more than happy but this time was definitely the worst. I ordered the king prawn pasta which was meant to come with chilli and salami but there was no salami or chilli to be seen and the pasta was extremely bland. When I gave feedback about our meal, the manager did give us 15% off which was appreciated.

Worst service. Staff looked like they were miserable. Food wasnt great.

Just thought kids eat free on sundays. Also was very cold as a cold draft coming down our way.

Disappointed in that service was terrible, we had to ask to order drinks and food. Also table we were seated at people were pushing past us and around s pillar to go to bathroom. It would have been very hard if we had had another person on our table.

They could have sat us upstairs. Instead we were jammed downstairs and very squishy.

Salad missing ingredients Seating was not spacious among other people and tables Meals were not Value for money and tad pricey for the amount of food.

Following a mix up with our order of pork ribs, the manager came to the table and confirmed pork ribs for our daughter was on the way. The waiter then came to the table and confronted our daughter (16) brandishing his order device saying. - “ you ordered beef ribs!” We disputed that we did and he would not agree or concede even though the manager had already resolved the issue. We found it totally inappropriate for your waiter to confront our child in this manner.

Food was ok but extremely overpriced. The service was adequate but pretty poor by Melbourne’s standards.

We love going to Crinitis Southbank as it’s so close by. Every time we go the restaurant is always busy so make sure you make a booking! We had pizza, pasta and calzones and it was amazing! The wine list isn’t great though.

The food was amazing and great value for money. Fed 14 people entree, main and dessert for just over $500. The service was pretty good. The only complaint I would have is that it was a freezing day in Melbourne and our table was right near the door. I told one of the waiters and he closed it for us and then someone left it open, so I went to close it and another waiter told me to keep it open even though we were all so cold even with jackets on. If you go on a winter day, suggest to sit upstairs because we were all freezing to the point that we wanted to leave and go somewhere else in the end for our coffee.
