Never again. Better at McDonald’s .booked for 7:30pm - had to wait like we walked in from the street . Entree and mains arrived at same time and just left them with us . When trying to get the bill all staff were too busy . Just got up and left to see if anyone would notice - no they didn’t !! Never again .... not even for free .....

The service and food were good but the music was SO LOUD my partner and I couldn't even hear each other speak. It pretty much ruined the dinner. I cannot for the life of me imagine why the management thinks the clientele wants LOUD music blaring at them while dining.

How embarrassing! I was there with friends and it was my turn to shout, I needed to use 2 bank cards as both didn’t have the amount on them. The man insists you don’t do split bills. I don’t even know how this is legal? My friends had to pay and I walked out extremely embarrassed. I won’t be coming back. Also huge lack of customer service at our table, if you don’t have enough staff for how many tables you have then don’t book them. I was there for 2 hours and got asked for 1 drink. This was suppose to be pres. And I had 2 drinks.

Food was lovely, service was very average, once we ordered, no one came near us, would have liked another drink, then had to ask for a desert menu, then no one came to take our desert order so after some time we had to call someone over

we had a booking. saw people being turned away as they were full. was quite noisy so very hard to have a conversation. Food was ok. My veal was slightly overdone . My friends said their pasta was nice. My meal was a little overpriced for the amount I received. Service was pretty good - did have to grab waiters a couple of times but I think the noise affects that too

Staff helpful & friendly as ever. Only disappointment was no GF pizza bases. I love their pizza!!! Pasta however was yum & demolished 😀

We had a fabulous night! The food was amazing, pizza to die for and the best gnocchi ever! And because we were there for a birthday, we had a canoli tower with chocolate custard inside the canoli as a birthday cake which was just delicious!!! Everyone had a wonderful night, can’t recommend highly enough. Great customer service, speedy and delicious food, can’t ask for more than that!
