Very obliging staff and very friendly!! Food as always beautiful.

Service poor. No warmth or smiles from staff. Waited a while for drinks. Beetroot and pumpkin salad was a bowl of rocket leaves with rations of beetroot and pumpkin. Expensive 1/2 kg Bbq ribs ended up with about 50g of meat. Didn’t taste like genuine bbq. Father and son still hungry afterwards. Expensive lunch with poor outcome and no care factor from staff taking our money after asking how it was. Blamed it on the busyness. On one positive note Pizza was great. Last time for us.

Service was good. Food came out quickly and was delicious.

Had a table booked for 8pm. Arrived at 8 and weren’t seated until 8:30. Ordered our food and food didnt come out for another hour on top of that so we didn’t end up eating until at 9:45. The staff are lovely. We ended up spending $700 and they took $47 off the bill for the inconvenience.

Good restourant, the pizza is totaly amazing and all atmosphere is italian whit all picture around the rooms. Oveall I totaly reccomend to everyone

We waited 10 minutes because our table that we booked wasn’t ready (we booked so we wouldn’t have to wait) and then we sat down and got told we had to move because they sat us on the wrong table. We then got our food given to the wrong table, after finally getting our food we sat there for 10 minutes because we were not given cutlery to eat our pasta and even after asking a waitress we still waited another 5 minutes until we got our cutlery. Was not very impressed.

Awful. Took 45 minutes to bring our our drinks followed by another 45 minutes for our food Every time I go the portion sizing gets smaller and smaller and the prices are increasing Dont even bother going here

Meal sizes are a lot smaller then they use to be and just as expensive. $5.80 for two small pieces is garlic bread!

Regular service. The pizza didn't taste as good as we expected

Great atmosphere and food. Music a little to loud and difficult to hear conversations but staff addressed very quickly. Highly recommended.

Great atmosphere in this restaurant. My main course salad was a bit disappointing I thought for the price but all the other meals and starters were very good.

Ordered the seafood platter majority of it was amazing but the king prawns were floury, we couldn’t eat any of the crab meat as we had nothing to open the shell with.

We thought the meals were over priced and portions were too big. While team members were friendly they didn't understand what I wanted when taking my order, had to point what I would like. When asking questions team members couldn't answer my questions, they looked confused and had to ask someone else. We opted to have dessert rather than an entree or starter. While the desserts were nice the portions were too big and cost more than the actual mains. We had just eaten a large main and couldn't eat a large dessert, portions sizes could be smaller and costs could be smaller as well. Perhaps the team members should advise customers of how big the dishes are and maybe recommend we share. We thought the restaurant was noisy and where we were seated it was like we were in the way. Ditch the 10 percent surcharge as the meals are already over priced.

I simultaneously loved and hated the Happy Birthday thing. It happened like seven times during our time there and our conversation had to stop every time while we waited for the bongos to stop. The food was amazing! I loved the mushroom sauce. There is way too much Nutella in the Nutella Lasagne, it needs more cream to cut through the texture of the Nutella. I found it odd that we were late for our reservation (I rang to let them know), but upon arriving we still had to wait ten minutes before our table was ready, but that was probably out of their control.

Terrible customer service. Waited 20 minutes for our table of 10 people.. no table service.. over charged us on the bill

Disappointed, arrived for a 6pm booking & only to be told we had to leave 7.30, at the time of booking this was never mentioned.

When we arrived early, we were happy to wait and have a drink. But we were told to wait in a spot that was in the way of passing waiters. When we were told their was a table free, we were escorted upstairs to an almost empty floor. We were shoved in a corner that was right near the staff room. After fixing our wonky table ourselves, we ordered our food. Food came out quickly but portions were much smaller than we’d had in the past. The Pachino papperdelle lacked flavour. Still hungry, we ordered Zeppole. When they arrived, they were completely hollow, over cooked thin shells....no dough. When we asked the waitress about what had happened, her response was “no filling, that’s how they are”.... but we’re not concerned they weren’t “filled” but as Italians, that’s not how they are supposed to be.

Great pizza, fun atmosphere, attentive and fabulous head waiter David was awesome.
