Criniti's - South Bank

We were not offered kids menus so had to order off the adults. We ordered no chilli on pizza for children and it came with chilli. 4 people dining and only cutlery for 3 so we had to find our own.

Excellent food and very accommodating. Staff are lovely. Will definitely be back.

Will never go again !!! Eating entree’s and waiting on more and we receive a main dish we send it back and our mains come out the excuse was they had lots of complaints about pizzas taking too long. Forget Gorgonzola they send cream, gnocchi with four cheese as well was cream. I stated if you communicate with customers and find out if they are ready for mains even though entrees haven’t been served I am sure we would have let them know we were not ready. Also mentioned that if they run out of ingredients they should notify the patrons before serving with substitutes that don’t even taste like the original. How do you swap Gorgonzola with cream four cheeses with cream people are not stupid so please don’t treat us like we are. You don’t know who you are serving. After arguing the point they finally took 1 lot of figs, gnocchi four cheese and another entree which came out after our mains. Totally disappointing experience. You will never get our group again.

Staff were super friendly and kind. Food was great and the service was very quick considering how busy it was!

Excellent service & great helpful waiter (Should have gotten his name but tall & bearded) was most helpful. Only thing I'd like to suggest is the ability for each couple/family be able to pay own bill at checkout as a large group makes it timely & difficult to collect monies at end. It was Christmas day so understand separate orders would have been chaotic for the kitchen.

On the river, busy but not crowded, extensive menu and quick service. Not rushed to order set a good vibe and we went the meter long pizza with different styles. Fantastic crust and fresh, simple toppings. Perfect.

Refused to take online gift cards. Didn’t mention to us when we booked. Initially claimed gift cards were invalid. When we asked to see a manager were told they were no longer accepting gift cards. Bill was substantial for average food. Very disappointing. Would never had gone there had we known. Won’t be back.

Was a good experience, there was a little mix up with the service but overall was good.

Crinitis's was great as usual. Their pizzas, salads and mocktails never cease to amaze.

Bongos going off every 5 minutes making conversation impossible. After waiting almost an hour for the pizza we asked how long it would be. Then e saw the staff arguing and returned without a clear answer.

I loves the food and the service, I know is very busy on sat night but all the Stuff are so nice and helpful. And I love the mamma risotto. Thank you very much

Great food, atmosphere is good , staff friendly will be back again

As a group of eight we ordered drinks, starter and mains. Waiter returned to say some drinks not available and neither was the starter. Then returned again to say one of the pizzas not available. All mains arrived bar one and had to wait a further ten minutes for that. They apologised and said there was a function upstairs! Is that really your customers problem! I think the closing of some restaurants are far more reaching than the company is letting on. If things are no longer available remove them from your menus.

It was super busy, it's hard to call staff as they were not enough staff to server. Food was great but the restaurant was too noisy. Sadly we could not use gift card or voucher anymore there, a bit disappointing!!

Terrible service, food came out wrong sent back a few times. Waited an hour for our food to come out. We got dessert on the house however the experience was not pleasant and I doubt we will be returning

The food was ok, but took a long time (30 minutes) for someone to take our order, someone had to get up and ask and it was extremely loud, spent most of the dinner having to shout our conversation as we were right under the speaker. Could have it turned down a little bit.
