Food and service was amazing highly recommend quick and very delicious

Meal ok but felt very rushed and expensive for what it was

Could not hear my self talk.. very noisy .. when booking large groups -don’t sit them next to small tables.

Pasta overcooked and the meat raw very disappointing will not go again

Quantity over quality, steak that would be better off used as a bulletproof vest. Other meals at the table tasteless.

The meal was delicious, however they do enforce the 2 hour booking strictly and so we were unable to order dessert

Portion sizes have dropped and quality not as good Understandably it was busy

Other than difficulty in processing my Eat Club membership, the experience was great. This was not your staff's problem, but rather my new Eat Club membership. We enjoyed very generous & tasty arancini and a beautiful pizza.

The food was amazing. The young gentleman serving us on the other hand has the personality of a soggy rock.

Having a one hour time limit is ridiculously absurd considering it takes a while for the food to come out. We should not have to be rushed out when dining out.

Food was good without being spectacular, very good serving sizes. The big disappointment was the no split bills policy. With the simplicity of EFT machines these days, how can you not split bills?

We are regulars to Crinitis when visiting the city as both the kids and us love it. Huge selection of meals available and great size servings. We had no wait time as we booked ahead which I would always advise to do as it's always busy even in the early hours (5.30pm). Staff are clearly use to dealing with big crowds and fast turn over of tables as they provide a great service even when it's heaving. We will be back for sure.

Food was very tasteless, wrong order came through however they didn't charge us which was nice. Music is too loud

We were seated in the middle of the walkway and it was very overcrowded where we were put. There were 4 of us and the table was far too small. The servings are quite large and our table was really squashy. We asked to be put on a bigger table as my sister was really overwhelmed being in such a small space and they couldn’t accommodate us.

Always a favourite when in Melbourne. Love the service/quick and easy.

This is my second visit to Criniti’s and had wonderful lunch today. Great menu selection to choose from and our table had excellent service from staff. There is a great vibe and it was busy and our food arrived in good time, but I did find the background music was on the loud side.

Great variety, the calzone was top rate. Fabulous location on the river

Ordinary food, pasta sauce bland and sloppy gnocchi too dry and $ 50 for a steak that was just ok. Disappointing

Amazing Italian food with full of variety. Really liked the rigatoni. Mocktails were impressive.

Felt rushed with out meals to get next customers in

Booked an inside table and allocated one semi outside. In 36 deg heat and without any consideration from the staff, we cancelled and walked out.

It was not a happy and comfortable meal everything was rushed and basically was kicked out before we could order dessert

Food was great but it was really really loud in the there music was very loud so people where raising their voice to talk, was a bit uncomfortable

We had a great time at Criniti's restaurant. The service was good and the food was delicious. They make great pizzas, but they also have lots of other food choices, including healthy options.

I arrived with my family the receptionist give us broken table once i asked him to change table he refused was too rude not sure why.

The food here is really bad. My daughter wanted to go here for her 16th birthday. No one finished their meals.

Food was average but atmosphere was fun and service good. Large portions - so a heads up on the menu would be good One issue - multiple e mails , text messages in advance even a call on the last day asking to confirm the booking after many confirmations is a bit annoying
