Criniti's - Southbank

the food was really bad，including pizza，I don’t like this restaurant.

I arrived with my family the receptionist give us broken table once i asked him to change table he refused was too rude not sure why.

The food here is really bad. My daughter wanted to go here for her 16th birthday. No one finished their meals.

Food was average but atmosphere was fun and service good. Large portions - so a heads up on the menu would be good One issue - multiple e mails , text messages in advance even a call on the last day asking to confirm the booking after many confirmations is a bit annoying

So dissapointed. Came for brunch as we do on a regular basis. Coffee was substandard and weak. Had to sent my raw omelette back. Not a great experience. Only great aspect: the staff who couldn't be any more attentive.

Food and service was great but it’s not appealing when you have to place water jug and other plates on the floor as the tables are so small you cannot fit food and drinks on there once served.

Brought an item quite late and then mucked up the order so I had to cancel and couldn't eat with friends and no resolution offered at the payment counter. Terrible

The food at Criniti’s is nothing short of amazing. We started with the antipasto platter, which featured a delightful selection of cured meats, cheeses, and marinated vegetables. For the main course, I had the wood-fired pizza, and it was absolutely delicious. The crust was perfectly crispy, and the toppings were fresh and flavorful. My friends ordered the pasta dishes and the famous 1-meter pizza, and everyone was thoroughly impressed. Each dish was a perfect blend of authentic flavors and high-quality ingredients.

Service excellent, food delicious and promp attentive friendly staff. We will return.

My reservation for a party of one was honored immediately even though the place was very crowded. My meal was prepared in a timely manner with a minor substitution over which there was no fuss. My server was excellent and attentive!! Food was delicious, especially the meatballs and canzone. And I could see that all the pasta dishes had generous portions. Quite an enjoyable experience.

Food was average, music was so loud couldn’t hear my partner talk. And tables were on top of each other..

Pizza was great, steak (and sauces) pretty underwhelming for the price. Service was ok.

We hd a lovely experience at crinitis. We were served by Tom he was very friendly and great service by him.

The staff are nice enough but just not customer focused. We waited way too long to have our order taken and so did other customers too. Even when I got someone’s attention, it took them 10mins or longer to come over. It wasn’t busy, it was 2.45pm. The pasta came first and then our 3 other meals came 30mins later!

This is a great restaurant，we celebrated the birthday for our friend，however，no body gave us any water or even asked us if we need any water until we finished our dinner and had to ask.

We chose this restaurant to cater for food sensitivities. The service could definitely be better for our table of six. We had to ask for water, a salad server, cutlery, cheese and additional drinks. Pizza came first and went cold while the rest of the table waited for their pasta, which came in dribs and drabs, and eventually the final meal of scallopini. One diner nearly had the plate taken away mid-mouthful and had to protest to keep their dinner! At the end of the meal a waiter did apologise for the slow and haphazard service but there was all that was forthcoming. The food was pretty average- large servings of pretty ordinary food. I won't be coming back in a hurry.

Lamb BBQ skewers were pretty bland with no taste whatsoever. Felt like meat was boiled before grilled? Only 1 small dip provided and no lemon either. It was nothing like Crinitis I had in Sydney.
