The music selector was difficult to navigate and the toilets were really gross. The service is pretty good though, and they had to put up with several other patrons who were quite belligerent and overly drunk, so I give props to them for dealing with that.

Changed booking time with no issues. Well priced, lots of fun!

The rooms were clean, the facilities were modern. The service was good, they even gave us a free fruit platter for my girlfriend's birthday. The main issue were the mics, we had to replace 2 out of the 3 mics at the beginning. However, the replacement mics kept playing up too. The sound quality was actually good but we won't be going back due to weak mics.

Very poor experience indeed. It was very expensive for a karaoke system that was incredibly difficult to navigate and had an extremely limited song selection. The staff were not helpful at all. We had to request their assistance several times but they too had trouble navigating the system, resulting in much of our time wasted. We voiced our concerns as we left, but those behind the desk were unsympathetic for our wasted time and money, and informed us that our complaints were not valid because we had stayed for the entire booking. I would definitely recommend going elsewhere for karaoke.

Good service, friendly staff and nice place for hang out

The room was great, but the microphones didn’t really work and no one showed us how to use the screen and select music. The alcohol was also disappointing. We ordered cocktails only to find they were a terrible premix that we couldn’t even drink. The vodka was also terrible and not cheap!

Average service Karaoke system is good with many songs. We had great time Really annoying had to go outside and pay for food and drink purchase everytime. Surcharge applied when use card to pay Food is below average. Chips was cold Good for karaoke only. Not suggest to order any food

The karaoke was good but the service was not. The people at the counter were a biy rude and the alcohol was way too watered down.

If you are after a great night out singing karaoke in Chinatown, this is a good choice.

We booked the vip room and we were given a small tiny room, spirit jugs that we were given were basically all mixers with no alcohol overall I wouldn’t recommend going to this place not worth the money as I payed 640 for a tiny room and watered down drinks

Not enough updated songs. Good environment and friendly staff though.

It was one of the best night in Australia so far, the only thing is the drinks are so expensive!! $30 per jug what is way to much

It was the best karaoke we’ve been to. Its very clean. The only thing is dont have a lot of songs. But other than that it was great 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
