Satay chicken was a little dry, but everything else was spot on. A lovely experience… thank you.

Food came out at random times so only two people were ever eating at the same time. No water on the table (or glasses for water). Nobody around to order more drinks.

Love the food sautéed prawns was nice but too much broccoli would prefer more mushroom and corn and carrots , clay pot rice was nice too, flavour of the rice with the ginger makes us to eat more but the pork with it isn’t falling off the bone and can hardly taste the black bean but all in all service is good and didn’t have to wait long for our food although it was a busy night , yes we will be back to try others dishes.

A very disappointing experience. The food was below an acceptable standard. We have had better Chinese meals at country bowls clubs compared to this premium located venue. The dish that sums it all up was the steamed dim sums. I kid you not, they served us pre made Marathon dim sims, the type you get from the local fish and chip shop, except some how they made them inedible. The fried rice was dry and flavourless. How a Chinese restaurant cannot make a tasty fried rice is beyond belief. The noodle dish we ordered was forgotten and not delivered until the wait staff were reminded, When it did finally arrive we wished we hadn’t reminded them. It was gluggy and crap. I got a sense that this venue was catering to bus tourist groups, and had lost the desire to cook food with any passion or consideration of customers. I cannot stress enough how bad the experience was. Do not under any circumstances go there. You will regret it and possibly never want to eat Chinese food again.

The food was very average. When I mentioned the garlic prawn dish that was full of cauliflower that it had no garlic taste it fell on deaf ears. Never to return. In all bad choice.

The tables were too close together, We struggled to get our seats in. The table was cleared of chopsticks and bowls and replaced with cutlery and plates. We felt discriminated against, it was suggested we don't know how to use chopsticks because we weren't asian.

booked for a 21st bday of 7 people once we arrived it was deafening and our waitress assumed none of us could use chopsticks or the dishes we were there for 5 mins before leaving because of how god damn loud you couldn't even hear the person next to you I wish I were joking

Lovely place to catch up with friends.The decor and ambience of the venue were pleasant. The service was good. There was a good variety of dishes to choose from. However the dishes recommended by the waiter were rather greasy and the servings could be larger for the prices.

Delicious n quick authentic Chinese. Slight confusion with the language barrier although not a big problem. Lovely veiw of the harbour. I would definitely cost the Docklands Lotus restaurant again.

Went to this restaurant last night the food was dry and bland, staff not very attentive. Wouldn't recommend

Food really good and staff quite tolerant of the children we had with us. Most of the drink order and meal was quick but had a longish wait mid meal for some of the drinks when they got a bit busier . The only bad point was one waitress knocked over a drink onto a guests camera and cellphone when delivering part of tha main and didn't offer to clean up or replace it.
