Quality and quantity dropped significantly price high for half the portion of meal in comparison with even 3 months ago Very sorry to see such a significant drop in this restaurant

Not as authentic as expected, small main for the $ value. Staff friendly but forgetful. Noisy with no sound proofing.

The food and service was good but it was extremely noisy!! There was a big group in but the chair noise was not good, when pushed back etc. Could with some carpet or chair leg covers or felt.

Service and food were very good. The room is on the noisy side but the company made up for it as did the service and food.

We celebrated a family birthday at El Karim. The atmosphere and decor suited us as it is tastefully decorated (but not over the top) and table service was friendly and efficient without any fuss. The meals were delicious and we were all very content by the time we left! It was our second visit.
