Frankie's Food Factory - Glenhaven

The Frankies Food Factory is located in an excellent spot at Flower Power Glenhaven. The staff and the service was fantastic. However, the food is a bit on the heavy side. I ordered the salmon Bagel which tasted lovely but found the serve size too large and too much topping which made it very heavy to eat it all. I'll go back but I really with what to pick.

Lovely food and interesting menu. Service was ok but to be fair it was a very busy period when we visited.

Service very quick, considering that the place was busy, and food as always amazing. One of our favourite places to eat and the Turmeric Chai Latte was one of the best.

There was a couple of incidents where one of our dishes got duplicated and the other was taken to a different table (as we watched the waitress) before coming to us. Other than those incidents overall experience, atmosphere and attentiveness of the staff was fantastic.

Busy on a Saturday morning, food arrived quickly, coffee and fruit juice took longer.

Frankie’s is on the same site as Flower Power with a lake which has ducks and an under covered playground for children. The staff were quick to attend to us and the meal was fine. After we ate we wanted to order coffee and it took a while to get the staff’s attention.

Beautiful setting with tasty food and a great vibe. Good prices and helpful staff. Highly recommend!!

Awesome for kids and adults. Cool drinks and food. Love that dogs allowed and there's duck feed available to feed the ducks in the duck pond!

Service & food was pretty average. Large crowd of moms taking up too much area with prams. Ask for seat near the play area, and ended up stuck in a corner, navigating tables & chairs, while back n forth to the play area. Not cool.

Went for brunch for a housemate's birthday. So perfect!! The atmosphere, decor and general vibe were amazing and the food was sooo delicious. We can't wait to go back! Highly recommend!

Good atmosphere and choice of where to sit - inside or outside. Dishes we ordered were tasty and generous. Service was efficient and friendly. Only concern was that the milk in our coffees was "off" - oxidised. Poor storage?

We stood in line even though we had a booking because there was no separate line for patrons who had booked and no staff allocated to ask for patrons who booked to come forth. So we stood there for quite some time whilst others who did not book got in first. Service was slow, the poor waitresses worked very hard because there was a shortage of staff. We were hoping for a relaxing time and instead it felt like Time Square. I cannot imagine going there for Father's day.

Service was very slow. Took a long time to get our drinks and starters. Staff needs to attend to tables in a timely manner

The coffee and food was cold. We had to ask 3 times for one if the meals to be brought to the table. Was meant to be a casual birthday lunch but was spoilt by the food and service.

The food was nice but the only let down was the table.

It was so disappointed. I was in the line for more than 1 hour and lady in front desk was so rude. We were 5 and she wanted to give us table with high chairs. As we didn’t accept , we have to wait for another half hour and had to leave. The customer service was so disppointing

Make sure you don’t take your own birthday cake there since you will be charged $2.50 extra each person unlike any other place that I know.

First time here. Kids playground is so dirty it’s disgusting there amount of dust that has accumulated, & they have the nerve to tell the kids to take their shoes off! Really don’t want my kid stepping in that. Food was good though. My order had 1 meal missing which was annoying so had to wait longer than usual. Not sure I would come again

Normally it is pretty good however this time we waited a very long time for food and the service was poor. The staff were not responding politely although I was being polite.

I took my 90 year old mother for lunch. Overall it was good, although my mothers meal arrived well ahead of my meal and our drinks, which was a bit inconvenient. Staff were attentive and the food was good.

Food didn’t come out together! One guest had food before drinks had come. Considering how busy it was food did come relatively quickly and staff were helpful

Extremely busy which is always the case at Frankie’s My husband and I go there often but the first time with my 3 year old Grandson and both of my children and family . Service and food were as always extremely good. The disappointing things for me this time was firstly the surcharge for dining on a Sunday. I do feel that is an unnecessary charge especially since penalty rates have now been adjusted. The second thing is the child’s playground. This was very dirty and despite a sign being placed on the gate entrance and outlying conditions including removal of foot ware there were two much older girls that not only refused to remove their shoes but were not acting in a manner suitable around small children. I feel there should be a staff member supervising the playground and stopping children that are obviously way to old entering that area. We will of course return to Frankie’s but it will never be in a Sunday.

Come here often, food, service and location excellent but today was watching a rat sitting on a display shovel and running around the floor and then behind a garden in a bath and hoping it wouldn’t run up our legs.
