Awesome food and service. Love the Frankie fries are my favourite

It was a nice experience to have lunch with my friend.

Food was delicious as always. Service was slow. We had to wait for a long time to get our coffees.

Food was wonderful, atmosphere was very family friendly. We went for Father’s Day brunch, and our little kids were entertained with the playground while we ate and talked. You can also feed the ducks afterwards.

Lunch at Frankie’s was enjoyable, very tasty and an extensive menu.

Perfect place for kids! Atmosphere, food, the spot! Love! X

A great cafe, a favourite in the hills district. The service is always a bit standoffish and quite slow but the quality of the food makes up for it.

Friendly staff and well primed for covid. Clearly marked where to walk and stand and also a staff member takes your temperature before we even set foot inside. I felt very safe and VERY satisfied with the food and drinks

Food was lovely however waitress never checked on us, and we forgot to look at the table number so the cashier made us walk back to the table even tho she was the one who had seated us.

Had great food with large variety of choice. Atmosphere and seating was great too. Only issue was with how long we had to wait to have our order taken and then we only recieved our drinks at the end of the meal, which was a little disappointing. However, they were incredibly busy so it was understandable. Would encourage people to book ahead.

Great food, friendly service but too crowded in these Covid 19 times. Definitely not scaling back the seating and therefore putting staff, customers, and the community at risk.

The food delivered was on the coldest side of warm so was cold after a few bites, the server taking out order kept snuggling behind my sister who was ordering at the time which in the current conditions was a little off putting. The place was packed so social distancing wasn’t really able to be adhered too. I had read so many comments and was really looking forward to doing something special with my girls but I. The end was really disappointed with the food

Lourdes and Delilah made my daughter's 8th birthday a wonderful and memorable event. Everything went smoothly, the venue gorgeous and the kids had a fantastic time. The food looked and tasted delicious, and the hospitality second to none. Thank you so much.

Buzzing vibe, lots of people waiting for a table....should book

Lovely place for the whole family. No wait times because booked online. Free duck feeds, and play area for kiddos. Large menu with lots of choices and all of the options I've tried so far have been delicious. Attentive and helpful staff. They were very busy, but we never felt too rushed.

Frankie's Food Factory serves AMAZING food and coffee. Been dog-friendly is a big plus as we love going everything with our furkids!!

Great as usual. We meet as a group a few times a year. Probably stay a bit too long but we enjoy the ambience and the individual bills.

Fantastic food as always!!! Noise levels were high as it was packed with people, but that didn't bother us that much. Only suggestions for future improvements is for them to consider renovating the toilets and possibly have a separate parents room? And perhaps have some one look into re-planning the table and seating arrangements. Depending on where you're seated, it's a bit squashed and difficult to navigate through, especially when it's busy. All in all, we were happy with the dining experience.

Food and atmosphere it's really good , the only downside is that the waitress was never there to ask more food or drinks . So we didn't order as much as we wanted .
