Staff were friebdly,attentive and helpful and the food was very good the menu was quite varied and had a lot of choice

Food was lovely but we visited on a hot day & it was really hot & uncomfortable eating inside, not air - conditioned

Great food, great service! Breakfast is the best. Great value for money and great for kids with playground and ducks to feed.

We came on a Sunday so it was quite busy. Online reservation is always the best because you get to skip the queue. Because there were a few people, we did have to wait a little while for staff to approach us and request for our order (we'd normally call over, bit we noticed they seem to have one specific staff allocated to take orders in our area, which was outside near the playground - yes, we did end up calling someone over). As always, the coffee is excellent and the food is always great.

I come to frankies for breakfast a fair few times in the year and everytime it's awesome it doesn't matter how busy it can be the atmosphere seems to be chilled and friendly, the food is always good and never changes in size or quality, plus the staff are very friendly and helpful, I have to girls under 5yrs and the little play area is a blessing because it's fenced off and it's inside where you can see them.

Very nice food but not cheap! $8 for an iced coffee is a bit steep, but staff seated us in the cooler section of the restaurant which we appreciated on this very hot day.

We love visiting the restaurant. The only issue is that the tables are so close together that the people serving struggle to walk through with food in their hands.

Excellent Service and Food. Ordering an additional large pot of hot water for my black tea was no problem. Choice of inside and outside seating allows access to fresh air. Can meander through the gift shop or look at plants and outdoor furnishings on your way out. Will be a favourite.

Lovely to see new kids entertainment in the play area. Only negative is that the drinks service is far too slow. This is not a one off, as the drinks always arrive when we are half way through our meal.

Some waitresses were a bit rude. They forgot our order even though we chased them up 3 times. Food was over an hour late. No apologies were given. Not too happy about the service but not everyone is that bad.

We booked in advance so avoided the queue. Overall a pleasant experience for a light lunch, friendly attentive staff and couldn't fault the food!

Frankie’s Food Factory is famous for their fabulous French Toast. They offer fast, friendly service and provide the perfect environment for friends and families.

We received great service! However, next time can we have cutlery on the table instead of having to steal it from another table haha!

The food took awhile to arrive after we ordered it.

The only thing is happening to us every time is that they do serve our drinks after serving foods. Coffee is coming almost at the end of breakfast other than that everything is great

Booking made the overall visit extremely easy as the line up to get in was huge! Second to that the food was amazing, but took ages but it was a Sunday morning so that’s to be expected. My only gripe was my breakfast burger, it felt small for the price I paid.

Very busy at Glenhaven on a Sunday so very important to book. Food was great and there seemed to be enough staff to cope with the numbers. Definitely will go back!
