As family place was great and nice and kind staff.

Great for families. Kids enjoyed the play area. The prawn tacos and tuna nachos were excellent. The rigatoni bolognese was too salty- almost inedible unfortunately. Nice coffee and serene outlook/location. Service was lovely.

Not happy with service, we had no kids but we were seated next to kid play area, my breakfast came 10 mins later than others in the group and didnt enjoy it In general not a good experience

Sat down had to wait 15 minutes to get a menu, then waited another 20 minutes for someone to take our order.

Very efficient, friendly staff, clean, great food. Kids meals are expensive though. Maybe reduce the cost to $8-10 like other places.

The table was booked for 1:30 and we waited 10 mins for it to become available, a further 15 minutes for someone to take our order and then a further hour for the food to arrive.

After having to signal a waitress for service. We waited over an hour and fifteen minutes for our meals. Which where not really worth the wait to be honest.

Food took almost 1:20mins to get our food. Service was slow and took ages to order. Portions were small and disappointing.

Food was great and service. Coffee was just ok. Mould on tablecloth outside on the underside, and cockroach in bathroom.

Fantastic child friendly environment. Love the little carousel for the little ones. Feeding the ducks is such good fun. A great breakfast adventure

Love frankies food, atmosphere - amazing for family with kids. The indoor playground is great plus the coloring pens And paper table cloth and the best part - duck feeding! They even provide the duck feeds :)

The food here is beautiful. Big menu, modern with healthy choices too. Fresh juices are fantastic. Only thing is that the restaurant is very big and is very full during busy times so there can be a bit of a wait for coffee. Our dog loves the free dog food and water.

Great for families who want to have a nice meal without being hassled by the little ones.

Good Atmosphere. Prompt table service after being seated even though the place was packed and they looked down a few staff too. Friendly service staff, good play facilities. Needs a bit more spacing between tables nearer to the play area, but that’s my only complaint. And the food, absolutely fantastic. Will definitely come again.

Tasty food and quick service. The venue was quite chilly but sitting under a gas heater helped! Tip - dress pretty warm if going in winter.

A bit pricey. Play area is pretty good. Being able to watch the kids while you have your meal is a bonus (if you can get a table close to the play area)

Noisy. Service slow. Limited menu choices. Pleasant enough but would not rave.

Lovely place for breakfast. Food is on the expensive side but always yummy and filling. Love going there for breakfast and brunch. A bit too crowded around lunch.

Food itself can be really great. It’s a very family friendly place, complete with mini playground. Definitely try to get a table outside where it’s lighter (though louder too). Service can be a bit patchy, depending on how busy the place is. Great for a casual meal or snack.

Perfect as always. The place, staffs and foods all are great.

It was a great place to hang out and we have celebrated my son’s birthday. Very convenient for family because they have playground. The food is great and quick. The only downside we arrived 11.15am and would like to order lunch menu, the waitress asked us to order at 11.30am, because that’s when they starting their lunch order. But overall still a great experience.

Celebrating special birthday for our daughter with friends - great environment for young and old. Great food, shared food so we could fit in loaded milkshake and donut fries!

We were a group of 8 meeting for brunch on a Sunday morning. Were never told or saw any boards saying that there would be 24% or so surcharge. It took us by surprise on receiving the bill.

Frankie’s is great for kids and breakfast, lovely atmosphere, good food for the area and a great kids play area.

Too noisy and crowded, I’ve had better meals at lunchtime than breakfast. Won’t go back for breakfast

Family celebration for 30th birthdays! Great food, helpful service and grandkids enjoyed the play area and feeding the ducks! Going back this week for milkshakes and donut fries that we could not fit in after big breakfast!

3 out of 6 meals came out after about 40 mins and then the other three weren’t served for another 20 minutes. Parts of meals were forgotten and then served once they were nearly finished.

Food is great, service very slow but friendly .. .

Food was great but some waitresses not too friendly or helpful. When coffees were brought to the table, the waitress didn’t know which coffees they were.

If you have kids sit near the play centre if not then sit away from the play centre . Food is delicious lots of choices. Food comes out quickly. Great for everybody of all ages!

Frankies is a pleasant casual place for brunch or lunch. I found the food delicious and the service was very good. It is situated on the site of a large garden centre with a lovely outlook over a small lake complete with ducks and geese! It can be quite noisy as it does cater for families (there is play equipment for kids) but some tables are available that are quieter. I would definitely recommend.
