Never coming here again! Table was not ready. Poor service

Delicious food, the service is very quick as well. Will definitely be our local brunch hangout. And love that it's a dog friendly place!!! Bonus!! make sure you book on weekends, especially Sundays - it gets real busy.

Our visit was very satisfying, we now have a new 'catch up' place. We couldnt fault anything, our server was happy, smiling, attentive and swift. The food was delicious and attractive, the coffee lovely. This visit was for breakfast and the menu was packed with choices. No complaints here...we love the place!

Food was beautiful. We didn’t receive my daughters chips. They advised that the receipt was lost. Other than that we were happy.

What a wonderful place we will definitely be coming back our centre took 15 aged care clients they all had coffee and the best scones and cream. Frankie's Staff were all kind and very patient with us all many thanks from 15 clients and 5 staff

The wait was over an hour, absolutely no indication of wait time. Though there was only about 10 people in line when we got there at 11.30, the line did not move as they kept letting people with bookings in. When we booked told us that bookings can’t be made the same day. Weekend surcharge not advertised clearly, not going back again.

First time visit for breakfast and it was lovely! Will definitely be back to try the lunch menu. Great service, friendly staff and lovely atmosphere among all the beautiful plants!

There was no clear signage stating that reservations can move to the front of the queue. I waited 15 minutes to get to the front of the line to be told that I could of just moved in front of the queue. Food was amazing tho!

I ordered the avocado and feta smash because it did not have ‘garlic’ on the menu. When I revived the dish it had an overpowering garlic taste that I could not get past. I mentioned it to a waiter who said, “oh yes the avocado is smashed on garlic”. I asked him to check because there was no garlic on the menu. He came back and said “there is garlic in the feta, just put the feta to the side”, and then he walked off. He did not follow up or take any action. We were lucky to find a waitress who dealt with the issue professionally, however the first experience made me feel like staff do not care. I only had two bites of the original dish and can still taste the garlic flavour. I don’t think that being told to push the feta to the side is an acceptable response. I treat my clients like gold to make the money that I earn and I expect a service we’re people treat customers in a fair and respectful way when I spend my hard earned money. It is a shame because the waitress was brilliant and the waiter was apathetic and extremely disrespectful.

The service is fine. However, there are only few waitresses who allows to take orders. The rest of the waitresses are serving foods/drinks. I find it a bit difficult to make an order.

The guy at the front door was really patient and understanding. After ordering food I found a table right next to the playground so I could watch the kids play. He allowed us to change tables and made the changes to the order accordingly. Staff were quick to take orders and were friendly. Unfortunately the food was a bit of a let down. The pasta was undercooked and very salty.

There was an issue at front of house the moment I arrived. When turning up to front desk, customer infront of us was complaining to staff member about the wait time. This customer booked a 1.30 time slot the morning of the booking(Sunday). We however booked the day before(Saturday) for a 1pm Sunday time slot. The customer infont got seated at our 1pm table instead of waiting till the 1.30pm time slot. I do appreciate the staff accommodating and adding extra table to seat all 12 off my guests. We would have appreciated a discount or something to compensate for giving away our table to the rude complaining customer.

lucky we booked a table as there was a long line of walk ins (book online as they dont answer their phones!). Took 10min to get our table still. Ordered food for us and kids. 15mins after the rest of the food came out i asked about my burger that they'd forgotten. When it arrived the pattie was still raw in the middle. Prices are more than i'd expect - almost all meals >$20 when you can get better meals at a pub for $15. drinks expensive too. Play area adjacent is a bonus

The only thing that went well was my table being ready when I arrived. We were a party of 3 and there for lunch. My meal in particular came out within 5 minutes of ordering. The chips were barely warm which made me think that the kitchen had made the wrong order for another table and then gave it to me instead. Making me believe I got my food really quickly by chance. I had also ordered a fresh juice which I had asked 5 different waiters and waitresses for. I ended up canceling it because we had all finished eating by then.

There was long waits and confusion in the lines . We booked and walked straight in so booking is well worth it !

Great idea to book as it gets very busy. Great food and value for money. Will definitely be back.

Food was fabulous, great location, staff friendly. Just some constructive feedback; if the staff could be more mindful to clear plates between courses that would make the whole experience perfect 👌

I ordered the grilled salmon which was cooked and seasoned well My girlfriend however was told they ran out of chicken All meals did not come out at the same time It obviously was a busy day and staff were not coping

I ordered chicken salad and a pasta dish. Both my mum and myself got very sick! The pasta was drenched in chilly oil. The place was so busy and hectic but I don't know why. Food and service very disappointing I will never eat there again.

We waited over and hour for food and it didn't arrive. Apparently someone else had taken in? We were able to get our drinks free when asked which was appreciated.

food is great, but the house toast needs to be 3 slices, and cut thicker so it doesn't dry out as much.

We were 8 ladies, all having a different lunch with no complaints. Food was well presented, tasty and nothing left on the plates at the end of the meal. We will definately be returning.

Service was TERRIBLE!! Staff didn't acknowledge on arrival, Meals came out with 10+minutes between plates, we had to ask for our drinks after a completing our meals and our 2 juices (1 of which was a kids popper straight from fridge) still weren't served. All this at opening time... With only 1 other table with guests......... Really disappointed. Last time, was fantastic - and they were full house!

I have put an additional note in the initial booking that we will require a high chair as we obviously have a baby. However that didnt matter as we have to ask for the high chair, and we were allocated to seat outside where it's a littl3 but too cold for the kids. Oh and lucky there was an availale table inside that we saw!

Was offered $2 discount after finding a piece of cut- off plastic in my burger. Disappointing. Obviously not interested in retaining a loyal customer.

the food is great, except for the house toast (sourdough) which should be at least 3 slices .... and cut thicker, so it doesn't dry out so much!
