The food was very good, beautifully presented. We were made to feel very welcome, staff were very pleasant and obliging. All in all a very enjoyable evening.

We enjoyed our visit. Would prefer a BYO option. We had a split bill which seemed to confuse the girl at the counter but apart from that we had a good night.

Friendly staff and food was great. Only downside was sitting by the door and getting a cold blast every time it opened.

Service very friendly and attentive to customer needs. Location is very pleasant and the option of exterior seating is great provided the weather is good. It can be very cold and windy outside during unsettled weather conditions (be it summer or winter), unless provisions are made to combat the cold - such as external heaters and windshield protectors on the terrace, if people are to enjoy the outdoors. The location is great but it finds itself on a corridor that can be very draughty. Its casual interior is pleasant and can be peaceful provided the visitors are mindful and not be loud, as it can become deafening. Like, for example, when we visited today, there was a team of young basket ballers who were lovely children but were not aware of their loud conversations. Under such circumstances, we believe, the issue needs to be addressed diplomatically to the children/to their guardians if the guardians/parents tend to ignore their behaviour. Otherwise, we were very satisfied with 'Frankston Waterfront' and their staff.

My friend and I really enjoyed catching up at the Waterfront. In particular, there was a great selection of items to choose from on the menu, the wait staff are particularly friendly and helpful. They left us alone to chat, but at the same time ensured we had what we needed. Loved the food and enjoyed the atmosphere. Debbie XO

Food was amazing and staff were very hospitable! The meat platter was awesome definitely a hit for the whole table! Kitchen staff were a bit slow however as we waited quite a while for entrees to come out and then even longer for mains to be served. Drinks were given out quickly so thats a plus. Would highly improve if food came out faster but would still definitely return!

Overall excellent. I would have like to see free bread/rolls instead of having to buy a large garlic/herb bread which is not everyone's liking
