Gepetto's at Hahndorf

Amazing food, great atmosphere, hands down this is the best place in the hills!! Highly recommend it to anyone wanting traditional Italian cooking and sharing size serves.

Loved it! The food and service were great. I have been twice now and I will definitely be returning. Would recommend if you're in Hahndorf.

Delicious meal. Traditional Italian done really well with lots of flavour and big serves. I've only tried the pasta dishes so far but if they are anything to go by the other dishes will be excellent too. The only problem was competent but not really friendly service. I've been there twice and both times the service felt flat like they are doing a job but not enjoying it.

Best Italian experience I’ve had in a while, menu was great and so was the food. Staff were helpful when selecting wines to pair with food too.

The food was amazing the waiter was very strange...we would go back but hopefully it is a bit friendlier next time. Very authentic Italian food!

Awesome food- great service. Will be back for sure. Make sure you book on weekends- was very packed. Had pizzas but many were eating pastas.

Fantastic food, delicious and authentic! Great service too... we thoroughly enjoyed the risotto and ragu! Can imagine it might get very busy in there at times, so if you struggle to hear I think outside dining would be best if the weather allows it!

Fabulous restaurant with amazing food, staff service exceptional. Best Mussels Ever!! A little loud for conversation in a large group when crowded, but had a fabulous family gathering with everyone totally happy with their meals. Service was prompt also. - will definitely visit again!!

Always amazing. So consistent which is what I look for nowadays. Authentic Italian food, wonderful specials. Signature pizza and the crab pasta are my faves.

Delicious food. Great atmosphere. There was a Bit of a wait for food, but at least the kids meals came out quick enough. Definitely would go back.

Food was delicious Linguini Frutti Di Mare and Chocolato Bombolone. Would recommend this as one of the best in South Australia. Service great and staff friendly and attentive

Your female staff are horrible. They make you feel as if your a nuisance! And it’s not a one off I’ve been here twice in the last 2 months and same service from your female staff everytime! I will be now telling family and friends not to go there due to them. Maybe work on customer service! The young blonde male was lovely every polite and pleasant which was nice! It’s actually like he cared about his customers unlike your female staff. No happen and disappointed because I do love the food! But just can’t be bothered dealing with mean horrible women staff.

My family and I had a fantastic lunch. The food was divine and presented beautifully. The service was exceptional, We will definitely be going back for another meal.

Had the star shaped pizza - delicious. Went there for a dinner for two and the venue is lovely but a bit noisy and not intimate.

Lovely little restaurant, food delicious and atmosphere buzzing however felt very rushed by waiting staff and not much engagement. Otherwise it was a very pleasant experience .

I love this place. The food is always top notch and they are very kid friendly. Its always mu first choice for friends and family events as they always leave feeling full and raving about how good the food is. Especially their seafood pasta!

Great service tonight and fun relaxed atmosphere. Calamari was tops. Hawaiian pizza could have had a little more zippy flavor but overall a great dinner.

Pizzas were amazing ,, entre s need a little work I had the sausage very dry over cooked thinly sliced made it dry but highly recommend pizzas

Great atmosphere, delicious food with genuine home cooked flavour in a cosy, somewhat noisy but fun space. Interesting choice of mostly local wines with a touch of added Italian choices.

Booked for 8 on a May Saturday. Place was packed and atmosphere was great. Despite being busy service was great and food was as good as always. Will be back.

Best restaurant in SA!! Our favourite night of the week is our family visit to Gepettos. Consistently beautiful food, wonderful service and always perfect ambience.

Great service and delicious food, we had mothers day lunch it was a great atmosphere and the staff wete friendly and profedsionsl. Couldn't finish the mains as the servings were so generous.

Had an amazing night with good service, the only thing was the pizzas weren't great. My friend got the lots of chicken pizza and there was minimal chicken with a lot of lettuce on top. Other than that the place was great! My meal and many others were delicious, pity about the pizzas. It was the only downfall.

Everything was amazing. The service was great, food, dessert. I will defiantly be telling all my friends and family to come to this restaurant. I will be back here soon.

We went to Gepetto's for a family birthday with a mixture of toddlers and elderly people. The lovely staff accommodated all our needs beautifully. The food was lovely, flavours were beautiful, obviously cooked with care. The atmosphere was warm, friendly and loved the thematic characteristics.

absolutely divine food and we even had a little disaster with one of our children and the staff were fantastic. The pork belly was the best i've ever tasted.

Excellent service, very tasty food. Big squished in the restaurant, good that it is busy.....might need to think about extending!? As the restaurant is obviously getting busier!
