Hi I expected better from an Italian restaurant. My pasta was way undercooked and it was looked like a bowl of soup, and my partners potatoes ( steak dinner) were cold. The only thing that was good, was the service

We enjoyed our first visit even though it was slightly too dark for eating.. Would have liked the waitress to let us know that the food wont be long now so we didn't keep guessing how much longer before we eat. Overall we did enjoy our food.Thankyou

I booked for my Mums birthday, changed the booking twice, we ordered vegetarian and gluten free food, brought little kids and brought our own cake. The whole staff was so accommodating, nothing was too much trouble despite us being troublesome diners. Equally as important, the food. YUM YUM YUM! Can't wait to come back. also.. they have their own parking which in Hahndorf is a huge deal on weekends. See you soon Gepettos, we'll be regulars.

Have found the meals on previous visits very good. Last night was terrible. cold food, overcooked calamari. Benefit of the doubt that it was an off night. Still a good restaurant but do not tangle with the manager as he is very defensive

Food was nice, but the service needs some attention. When the waiter took our plates, we sat drinking water for several minutes. he never came back to offer us another drink or if we wanted a desert. So we left and went somewhere else for desert as it was still quite early

Need to put air conditioning or at least fans in the restaurant. It was a stinking hot day and was very unpleasant to eat inside. Was very noisy as well, couldn't hear other people talking at our table. Need more choice of pasta selections. Very hot day and warm water as well.

Staff attentive, food beautiful & tasty, great atmosphere, loved the tea towel serviettes/bibs, will go back & try brunch and lunch and book dinner again.

Staff were very accommodating for vegan requirements. Food was tasty and staff were attentive. Adapted a risotto to be vegan and included more vegetables. Suggest they should have a dairy free dessert in menu too. Thank you for everything

Best Italian since Italy. If you love Italian food Geppettos is a must visit. Service was excellent and the food was everything that we expected Italian to be.

Gepetto’s offers generous portion sizes which are delicious and fresh. Initially the service felt quite cold, but the blonde gentleman who waited our table voided that completely - he was kind and friendly

Delicious meal. Traditional Italian done really well with lots of flavour and big serves. I've only tried the pasta dishes so far but if they are anything to go by the other dishes will be excellent too. The only problem was competent but not really friendly service. I've been there twice and both times the service felt flat like they are doing a job but not enjoying it.

Best Italian experience I’ve had in a while, menu was great and so was the food. Staff were helpful when selecting wines to pair with food too.

Awesome food- great service. Will be back for sure. Make sure you book on weekends- was very packed. Had pizzas but many were eating pastas.

Fantastic food, delicious and authentic! Great service too... we thoroughly enjoyed the risotto and ragu! Can imagine it might get very busy in there at times, so if you struggle to hear I think outside dining would be best if the weather allows it!
