We dined here for lunch for a family birthday. As soon as we entered the staff were so welcoming and we felt at home straight away. The food was of high quality and drinks were very reasonably priced. We had so much fun with our chef (Guillam?)who gave us such a great experience. The atmosphere was a little more intimate than the bigger restaurants which was a bonus. Thank you for a fun afternoon. Will definitely visit again.

Food where very salty. Not much interacting between chef and customer. Ask was it for special occasion and told them it's a birthday. But nothing happen. What is the point for asking.

Love Ginza Teppenyaki. The food is always excellent quality. They gave me a special birthday bib, and I like that they let you move into the separate room once you are done with the Teppenyaki so you are not forced to leave the restaurant like some venues do. It's my go to Teppenyaki spot.

The food was nice, however Teppanyaki is meant to be a performace of food preparation. This was very tired. There was no knife or utensil performance, salt and pepper shaker performance or theatrics of any sort beyond the bare minimum. Left us wanting more.

Service was outstanding, food was incredible. Was a little costly as you had to have the set menu including for kids but overall a very good experience.

Hello, Always a lovely experience however I felt this time the cleanliness of the restaurant and cooking station was disappointing. The cooktop still had dried egg on it from the previous group, some of the dishes had dried food on them and most concerning, there was visible built up of dirt and grime along the cooktop edges. Didn't make us feel good sitting and eating whilst having to look at this.
