Ginza Teppanyaki

a great place for dinner with a group of 15 year olds. A bit of fun with the food entertainment! I would recommend this for a bday dinner anytime!

Never been before, organized a Christmas party for 16 people and had our own area, this was a fantastic experience, Great food, great service. Highly recommended.

A pleasant dining experience with a good show. It's nice being able to sit and watch as your food is cooked in front of you. There was no obligation to play in the food games, but the option was there.

Great service - staff was very attentive and quick Chef - cooked to perfection tender meat pieces. Family enjoyed being a part of the experience with the egg, bowl and rice catching. We enjoyed the experience, but for us it'll be a while before we can do it again due to the cost. Did find it quite warm near the hot plate and meal courses seemed to be to fast. Have eaten at other teppanyaki restaurants where table was raised and seats were stools and therefore not as hot. Does an amazing food experience need to be that rushed.

The staff were very friendly, laid back and helpful, whilst the food was AMAZING. The place was lovely and clean - we will be back!!

I think the employees should engage well they the customers more for example more talking even if there’s a language barrier. It will make the atmosphere more fun

Ginza Teppanyaki is a great place to enjoy entertainment with food. Good fun, good food and lots of laughter. I totally recommend Ginza Teppanyaki to everyone.

I took a group of 10 hospitality students on an excursion to Ginza and we had lunch here, they all loved the food and the whole experience they thought was awesome

Food was very delicious, Service was very friendly. Funny was the gamble with the cook. Location is in Chinatown. Several menu are available. Restaurant Gully licenced.

Food was good and our host was good, bin. But overpriced and felt rushed and manager appeared quite rude. Was advised $5 for extra cutlet, was charged $13.80. Wouldn't recommend or return.

Front of house manager was quite rude and unwelcoming to ourselves and other patrons. Teppanyaki chef was fine but a bit lacklustre compared to others I’ve had. Waitress staff were good. Food quite good, if a bit overpriced.

Great restaurant. Our large group all enjoyed the atmosphere, food and service. The staff were very good particularly with our younger members who really enjoyed the fun. Great time had by all.

It was the unique experiences we've never had even in Japan. Any age group can have fun in this restaurant. Of course the food was very good as well.

It’s okay. Had more theatrical Teppanyaki experiences. Food is fantastic quality. Table service is efficient, but somewhat robotic. Not overly personal. Would make for a good group outing, though a little on the pricey side.

Delicious food, however not enough of it for the price we paid per head. I am an events manager for a catering and events company so I have a very well rounded understanding of foods costs, labour costs and profit margins. Ginza'a are a little higher than they should be for what we received. In saying that, staff were very attentive and professional. We did enjoy the evening.

Great meal, was a bit rushed out the door once we had finished though. Very friendly staff and will definitely be coming back for another meal

Food is absolutely amazing. Only negative was that after we were seated they basically took in excess of. 45 minutes in between our first dish before the chief arrived to start the cooking.

Good restaurant with good cuatomer service. The price set a little bit expensive with the amount of foods but the ingredients are fresh also the chef will entertain you.

Always delicious always great service. They must have had new staff on last night as things got a little confusing at first with the orders but it was sorted immediately.

Good food but very small serves ,was disappointed it was all rushed !! Chief didn't even talk to us till 4 course , was expecting more entertainment that usually goes with Tapanyaki, this was our first time to Ginza . There was 6 of us bill came to $504 , but the men with us went out hungry .

It certainly was entertaining with excellent food and a great atmosphere! I have been going to Ginza for almost 20 years and am always bringing different people there. Desserts are amazing too! Everyone has loved the food and the chefs always put a smile on people's faces with their food games. Keep doing what you're doing Ginza!

The food and the entertainment was great!! Very enjoyable! But disappointing there was a rush to get us off our table so quick. Felt a little rushed.

Went with another family (4 adults and 4 kids). Food was fantastic and the kids said "that was the best restaurant we've ever been to"!

We had a lovely time at Ginza. We went with the $69 menu and it was absolutely lovely and left us very full. The chef played all the fun games with us and staff were fantastic! We will certainly be back again.

What an experience! Best steak I have EVER eaten! Very fast service... nearly too fast, We felt a bit rushy... We were gone within 30 mins which meant we only had one drink :/

Great food, very entertaining. Would have liked the veggies and rice in the middle instead of after all of the meat though. Overall a great night though, especially the Yuzu spirit!

Food is always amazing atmosphere is great but first time there on a saturday night and were hurried along and when your down from Sydney for a frien catchup I didnt appreciate been moved along and noticed that because they were so busy we didnt experience the actual cooking of the fried rice which normally happens during the week (Sat different) and no catching the eggs which is so much fun especially if you have never been before which was the case of 2 couples that were sitting at our table and they were disappointed and we were too because they never experienced what happens.

We had an amazing evening. Staff are warm and welcoming. The food was lovely. We would definately come back. If you haven't been, it is a must!

The Service was great. Kids had a ball. I think the chef could have been a little more upbeat and talkative. Otherwise absolutely loved it.

What a fabulous experience. I have been 3 times to this restaurant and each time I haven't been short of a laugh. It was a great night with my family - young and old.
