Great experience, fantastic quality food, kid friendly & great value for money. We were a family with 2 kids & we're on a table with 5 adults- I think it would have been good to say we had kids so we could have been put with another family- the adults were not using kid friendly languages. But overall fantastic!

Entertaining evening... Expected more knife skills and other "tricks". First visit to tapenyaki was on the Gold Coast and skills blew me away. Have yet to experience that standard again. First time for my adult children, so they enjoyed the night....

Both food and service quality was average, certainly was not expecting authentic Japanese cuisine in Chinatown, but considering the special lunch pricing it is worth an extra score.

The food has been of a much better quality in the past. I feel like they have lost their motivation. Use to love coming here as a kid, but we were rudley greeted at the door and told we must purchase 1 set per person (as we had kids with us), then they forgot to take our order for half an hour, even though we tried to get someone's attention. Disappointed

The food was excellent and good value two of us had menu 3 and 2 had menu 4. We have visited before but took a couple of our friends from interstate who loved the food. The theatre was very different and they had not experienced this before nor had they had Japanese food before. They loved it. Thank you Ginza. Regards Iona

Good food, great fun. We had Chef Wei and his artistry was lovely, he was fun but not intrusively, and all the wait staff were lovely. Would definitely recommend it for a fun experience with good food.

It was an enjoyable and different experience. Friendly staff and the steak was amazingly tender. Rice could be a little more flavoursome. Great fun though. Will visit again for dinner next time..

Good experience there . It wasn't fun like the others said. Taste was not amazing. Found a fly on salmon and chef said it's ok.😔

Ginza was a fun work lunch out with the colleagues. The set menus are very reasonably priced with good quantity of food and very tasty. Also provided some fun entertainment on our lunch break. Thanks

End of year celebration. We had the $49 set for two adults and two children. Plenty of food. Steak tender and prawns huge, all delicious. Theatre was great, kids enjoyed the flames and trying to catch the egg! Excellent, friendly chef, however, would have liked to have seen more knife work. Highly recommend.

Great food, great experience. Such a good night out, whether your group is big or small. Drinks are overpriced though! Better off going to a bar close by for a drink after :)

Went there for lunch. Lunch set was quite reasonably priced. Reasonable amount for the price. Quality is quite decent. Green tea was way overpriced ($5.50 per head, ended up not ordering any). "Entertainment" was almost non-existent, except for the "fire show". We'll still return though, since the food was quite alright.

Chef was not looking happy. Food was marginal. Chef had to take away food off my plate becos it was the wrong order. Didnt like how my 'bib' was marked with numbers as per our order. Very barbaric.

Great food and experience. Reasonably priced. Booked for lunch - first up order so not much atmosphere. I'm sure dinner service would be more lively.

Not authentic Japanese teppanyaki, games played by the chef with customers ended up with a lot of food wastage, food quality very so so, not worth the money paid. Overall very disappointing experience
