Ginza Teppanyaki

Excellent place to eat! Would highly recommend to anyone for a fun night out. Great environment and really friendly. Couldn't rate it higher. :) :)

My husband and myself,daughter and son in law had a great night. The food was beautiful. The staff very friendly, venue was done very nice. Location was in a great spot.

ordered waygu and friends ordered normal beef. beef tasted better than the waygu and i paid $20 more than my friends. MSA 4+ however Costco stocks MSA8+ you should buy your meat from Costco

We attended as a group of 6 and it was awesome fun. The food was delicious and the staff were entertaining. The restaurant has been tastefully renovated.

We celebrated EOFY with our team and had the most enjoyable time. The selection of seafood, chicken and meat was of great quality and very tasty. The entertainment was messy but fun!

Great experience, our chef was good but other staff not friendly, made it feel a bit awkward. Food was good and the lunch set menus are great, enough to have a fun experience.

Food was really great, however I think it was expensive for what we received. The teppanyaki show was ok but not as great as I have experienced elsewhere. Our group had fun though and our two kids enjoyed it and want to go back!!

The service was brilliant, and they made sure we were comfortable where we were sitting. THe show was incredibly fun, and the food was delicious, especially the lamb.

Great fun and the food was delicious. The serving plates looked small but very filling. Would have been good to go with a full group of family/friends in stead of being placed with strangers. But otherwise I would go again.

Fantastic night I booked the private room for 8 guests they all loved the atmosphere ang the food.Big screen TVs with the footy playing in the back ground awesome

The food was very good, and the entertainment aspect was OK (we appear to have gotten a trainee chef, but he still did well). Sitting with other guests (a nice family) also helped to make a fun evening :)

It was such a great experience. Chef was entertaining and made it fun to be there. Food absolutely amazing. Steak was so tender. Highly recommend!!

Great night out for my son's 13th birthday. It was as much about the theatre of the hotplate as it was about the food, though the dishes were delicious, esp the steak and the prawn (including crunchy legs). And we were definitely not left hungry. Service was super attentive. Probably more of a 'special occasion' restaurant due to the price. We paid around $275 for four people (inc two beers and two soft drinks).

Dinner was good but not as tasty as previous. Waitresses had to be asked multiple times for drinks. No coat hanging facilities given even after asking

The food was excellent... portions were just the right size. Our wait for a table was acceptable... we were settled at the main table and our drinks came straight away. The experience was tasty and entertaining.

The food was very good service was excellent the chef was very entertaining the kids loved the games food was flying everywhere and there was lost of laughter. I highly recommend the experience.

Fun experience. Took my 8yo son who enjoyed it although he got a bowl in the head during the bowl catching session. A lollipop and ice pack helped tho.

The food was nice. The service was terrible to say the least. The chef wasn't overly entertaining and did not interact that much. He did the minimum required. The moment he finished cooking the waitress asked us to leave the table while we were still eating so they could get it ready for the next lot of people. Our kids had to scoff down their food as we were pressured to leave. I would have thought we would have 10 or 15 minutes at least to finish eating. Once we were thrown out the back to finish our drinks there was no more service at all. They did not want to know us. Couldn't get another drink for the kids and couldn't even get the bill. We have been to Japanese Teppanyaki Inn on Collins Street previously which was far better than Ginza. I would recommend giving this one a miss and looking elsewhere.

A very enjoyable experience, the staff were very helpful with the menu and drinks. We were a group of 6 persons,and thought we had to choose the same set menu, however one of us did ask, and were advised you could all choose a different set menu. It would probably be a good idea to advise patrons at the beginning of this option. Apart from that I will return and advise others to enjoy a great experience.

Have been going for years, probably wont be back they have changed freshness and quaility for fast cheapness, yet kept high prices for good food

Beautiful food and lots of it. Amazing quality. A lot of fun too if you are up for a bit of food catching! Great time.

Had to wait until everyone arrived to be seated, which seemed unnecessary. Some of the food was good - prawns, steak. However the expected 'theatre' was not as good as expected. Chef said they had toned down some of the antics one usually expects in a teppanyaki as they were making too much mess - which is why we were taking the kids there!

Restaurant was very accommodating, staff were great, the food was delicious but just not enough for mine. Fun food games and a great atmosphere.Overall a very good restaurant experience.

Restaurant needs an upgrade. Very tired. Quite $$$ for what you get. However food was quality. Probably not suitable for a family on a budget.

This place is fantastic. We have made it a yearly tradition to come for dinner for our child's birthday. The food is excellent as is the service and we always have loads of fun.

Great place! The food was amazing! Highly recommend anyone to go there, the chef we had was awesome! Will definitely be going back next time I'm in Melbourne.
