We had a great night at Ginza Teppanyaki. We celebrated a 22nd birthday and the birthday girl was adequately made the centre of attention with a birthday bib and food catching challenges (but not over the top). It was fun and we laughed a lot. It was a lovely touch for the birthday girl to be given a photo of our group at the end of the night. The Chef was great fun and the food was delicious. Will definitely go back.

Thank you for the fantastic service and the food is totally delicious. The atmosphere makes the evening an even more eventful experience. Would certainly dine here again.

Wrote seafood allergy on the bib. Then watched them cook the prawns with the rest of the meal. Left hungry and ate somewhere else. Staff were friendly.

A little too much like a factory line. They've been doing this for a long time and looked a little bored with it. Don't get me wrong, it's nice food bur perhaps not the value for money i used to get. $100 all inclusive a head should be better.

Very good everytime I've been. Staff are very attentive and the food is top quality and it is cheap enough to go once a month at least.

This is a great restaurant. The food is good quality and it was a lot fun to go there. My only criticism is that the drinks service was a little slow.

Paid for the big banquet expecting more theatre and was disappointed. I would expect more theatre when you are going to Tepanyaki, depending on what you pay. Theatre seems to be dependent on what chef you get which should not be the case. Food was nice.

Food & entertainment were great, however the whole experience lasted only one hour. I suggest that they should give you a break between courses to enjoy the company.

Fun night for a family of five with three young children. Chef could have been a little more interactive. Expensive, but quality of produce was excellent.

Thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Food cooked to perfection and excellent service and entertainment! The set menus work well for the number of people seated around each plate and items can be substituted if some in the group don't want a particular thing without everyone having to agree on a different set. Probably the only downside is there is little time for drinks and chat during peak dinner hours but that's busy Teppanyaki places everywhere for you - a good sign of a place worth a visit at any rate!

A fantastic night of fun and laughter to celebrate family birthdays. Food was delicious, even when it was thrown at you, and the service was friendly and professional. Highly recommended.

Another great night at Ginza. Have not been back for a few years but decided to take our 12 year old daughter with us and she absolutely loved it. The service is always great, you never wait for a drink and i think the best thing about this type of dining is that you are sitting with people that you have never met and it's great to talk to other people around you. Shout out for the chef too. He was very entertaining and all the kids seemed to love him.

Ginzi was a fun experience with games and laughter. Would recommend to friends and the food was delicious, we also got a bib which was needed with all the sauces! Chicken a little undercooked for my liking and the beef was actually nicer than the wagu so I wouldn't pay the extra $20 for it.

Great for kids they had a brilliant time. The non-alcoholic cocktails were fun too. The chef's all put on a good display and the desserts were excellent.

The restaurant was fine for dinner with our two year old. The fish, chicken and Beef were cooked well. Our only disappointment was the rice at the end of the meal (really gluggy and minimal flavor). It would have been great for this to be cooked on the tepanyaki grill as I have seen done so many times before. I am not sure the meal warranted a $200 price tag.

The service from the start through to completion was excellent, the food was also excellent and all in our group of 14 really liked the food, the service with drinks was very efficient, my only negative of the night was of the two grill chefs at our table one was not overly friendly but he did warm up and it didn't spoil our night, would definitely recommend and will return again, Great job Ginza.

The night at Ginza Teppanyaki was excellent even thought it was pricey. The kids enjoyed themselves. Didn't like the fried rice though, it was almost an after thought by the restaurant.

Just bad. The food was not cooked the way we wanted it even though we told the chef. Stupid games are plaid with the customers and the atmosphere is just not good.

The chef and the food was quite good. The service was clumsy. A bit too pricey. Left the place with a feeling of average. No split bills which is very inconvenient when your bill is over $500.

We went for the entertainment factor, and the food was good. But the place looks like its a slap bang job, not maintained, and the way they just get you 'in and out' is a spoiler. The food came out way too fast, to the point where i had 3 dishes waiting for me, so by the time I could eat them, it was cold. Probably wouldn't waste your time if you want some decent Japanese.,.
