Food was good, the staff was terrible. Service was 1-10, no people skills what so ever. The lady's don't smile ,very rude, never look happy. The men is to shy and just keeps his head down when talking. Always just speaking Chinese. Will never go back if the same staff is still there. They need to work on their hospitality skills before returning. Over all. 4 out of 10

Food is delicious and staff quick. I would not recommend going with a group though, options are limited: either everyone does buffer or no one and it’s a hard line, staff not willing to discuss or accommodate. Were very accomodating with birthday cake though that was nice.

Small serving size for a bit overpriced menu. Side dishes like kimchi were not even part of the buffet. The serving size of the steamed egg was not worth for its price — more water than the egg. Flavour wise it’s okay.

The ox tongue that they served were still a bit frozen and were tough. The quality of meat was not very good despite the pricey tag.

Was spoilt by choice with the wide variety of food that comes in the buffet. Customer service was great. Friendly staff and speedy service. Liked the Korean music playing in the background. Price was affordable and would recommend to others to eat at the Great River Korean BBQ Restaurant. Xxxx

Food is ok but atleast be generous to banchan (side dishes) we paid for a 4 person buffet 2 adults and 2 kids was only given one banchan would need to pay more for additional kimchi or so. Staff could just hand another complementary one since we are 2 paying adult. Other than that service is good since it’s not very busy.

Staff are very friendly, food is delicious. Only had one muscle that was still frozen inside. Could taste the ice inside even after cooking it on the bbq. We Would definitely come back. Keep up the good work team.

We went for a buffet dinner. Not worth the price. Their buffet menu does not have much to choose from, and even then not everything on the menu is available (which we were NOT told of before hand). The meats are like off cuts too. We used to go there years ago, when drinks and desserts are included, but not anymore. I understand there's COVID and costs of living, but for this price I would go to other places instead.

Was surprised to see they had renovated the place, Ordering Food was easy using a tablet, Food and drink came out quickly and food was good. Overall happy with the service and food.

Very judgmental staff. And grumpy staff We booked for 11 people and people came a bit later and they were grumpy towards that fact the were there a bit later. And staff stared at us while we were trying to eat

The meat was nicely marinated for the first order, however when we order extra the meat was not marinated at all so it does taste nice like the beginning. No dessert

I’ve frequently attend this restaurant, but am becoming more and more disappointed with the service, or lack there of. I attended with a group of friends (8 of us in total), we struggled to get any service, we did not have amenities on our table (scissors, napkins or condiments) and had to ask for them multiple times. Half of our group received their food, and the other half had to order it multiple times before we received anything at all… half an hour after the other half of our group got their food. We were given incorrect drinks, that the restaurant attempted to charge us for, even though we sent the drinks back. We ordered things, waited a significant time, then followed up to be told they don’t have that item available. Poor, poor, poor service, and the entire experience was absolutely disappointing. I will not be attending this restaurant again, this is not a result of one bad outing, but have constantly seen a decrease in the quality and service the last few times I have attended. Would not recommend.

Loved the flame grill and all the food. We got the all-you-can-eat buffet and the service for food was extremely fast (always only a couple of minutes). There were many options available too.
