The Groove Train - Knox Ozone

Our party of 13 people loved it at the Groove Train Knox Ozone. Everyone enjoyed their meals and the service was great. thanks for a great night :)

Food and service was great. The price was about average. I will be recommending it to my friends and family and I will be going back again.

Me and my friends went there for my birthday and I have to say the service 4 of us received was exceptional.the staff members were very attentive and efficient to make our day a special one.thank you Groove train Knox ozone you made my birthday one to enjoy.

The food here is always fantastic but sometimes it can be particularly tricky flagging someone if you're ready to order or need something. This has happened other times too. Improve service and this was be a 5 🌟 place!

A great pop in venue for a quick bite to eat before or after a movie. Plenty of meal options and fast, friendly service plus good alfresco area if the weather is up to it.

Always a nice experience. Staff are always pleasant and well trained. Good food which has lots of variety too. I like your physical restaurant too.

Food and service were excellent but we found it quite noisy as there were around 4 televisions on at the same time on different channels so people were talking louder which made it hard to hear the discussions on our own table. Would definitely go back again.

good food. good service. recommend the mix grill - delish and filling. they were happy to cook our salmon a bit more and instead of throwing back onto a plate they added some more sauce. kid friendly maybe a bit noisy but it was friday night!

Very consistent high quality prompt service and delicious food. Good vegetarian options as well. Love sitting in a booth, but just as comfortable sitting at one of the tables

Great food and good choice I seem to enjoy it more than the other Groove Trains, too. Good, friendly service and kid friendly. I'm a member too. So I got 25 bucks off because it was my birthday and 10% off Mon - Thurs.

Great venue and lovely staff. Meals were devine. Prices were very reasonable and the place was full but the meals still came out very fast.

Always a great time at The Groove Train! Fabulous food and great service and being able to split the bill is just an added bonus to a great night with friends!!

Great night. Great service. Great food. We had an awesome night. The waiter was friendly and engaging. They even offered to take a photo for us to remember the night. We will definitely be back.

Overall we were happy everything from service to food standard. We booked a table for 6 people but given a table fit better for 4 people by a waiter without a friendly greeting, then we had to requested table better for 6 people, otherwise the rating would be 6

Table service was fairly slow. We had finished eating and a few of us wanted to order coffees but no one came near our table for at least 20 minutes. Then it took another 25 minutes to receive an ice chocolate while everyone else got their coffee in about 10 minutes. We also had to ask them to clear the table of cups from when we first sat done AFTER our meal. The food was ok. Nothing amazing. We were there for breakfast. We were disappointed that they didn't butter anyone's toast and then we had to ask for butter. Won't be back in a hurry.

Awesome food and customer service. Everyone enjoyed their meal and they even accommodated vegans kindly. Really good atmosphere! Although it was incredibly cold where we were placed.

Food was great. Service was friendly, but we had to get their attention to get assistance a number of times, while they left us to it after our food came.

Lots of service staff to attend to our party of 6...they were happy to split the bill at the end of the night ....joined the club and saved more on drinks

Recommended for casual dining. Friendly and polite staff. Good variety in the menu. Reasonable prices. Would return again. Kid friendly with a small kids menu.

Well the service and atmosphere was great the meal sizes were quite big and all the meals ordered on our table looked great my meal was warm.

Fantastic - staff were really welcoming - our party of 5 were totally amazed how they remember our order without writing it down before entering it in the computer. Food is delicious and great value for money. Even let us split the bill, which is very rare now adays!

Super friendly staff, checked how our meal was (wonderful!), great atmosphere. My only criticism would be that the meal sizes are massive and personally I'd rather have an option to pay half and get half the amount of food, rather than feeling obliged to eat twice as much as I need to rather than waste any of the meal.

The food was delicious, our food came out very quickly which I was not expecting for such a busy night. The staff were also very friendly!

Fast & convenient way to reserve a table for dinner. Was able to bypass the large queue of people who had not booked and our table was located inside and not on the outer verandar where it was cold and many pedestrians were walking

The service was really good and all the meals were all OK. The wine list was a bit limited and over-priced but other than that it was a reasonable experience.

Food fine , very , very hot day & seemingly no air conditioning !!!!! Couldn't wait to get out of there !! Would not venture back again in summer

the air-conditioning wasn't working and being 37 outside it made for a very uncomfortable environment. The food was good, although hard to enjoy in the heat - disappointing.

A huge menu selection of really Yummy food, great service, great atmosphere! Groove Train Knox is always a winner for me! We'll definitely be back again soon.

We love eating at the Groove Train. The staff are always friendly and helpful and the food is always yum!! It was a lovely way to celebrate my birthday.

Great service and wonderful food at a very reasonable price. Everything we changed on the menu for dietary requirements was adhered to without fuss. Coffee excellent.

Food was good. Wait staff were very slow but meals came out quickly. They accommodated wheelchair access well. Was a bit noisy at times as it was busy.
