The place was excellent,The food was good as well. had a really good time. the waiters were really observant and never really had to wait too long

Service was great & speedy. We had a really nice waitress looking after us. Food was all delicious. Not one of us complained about anything.

Food was good but the place was very busy, hence the service and staff's attention was not that great compared to their other restaurant locations.

Didnt have a good experience here the service wasnt great, the waiter practically ignored us before passing us on to someone else and the food was extremely saucy.

Food we chose was a bit bland but otherwise service and restaurant itself were good. Big menu to choose from. Prices average. We probably won't go back.

Fabulous service, lovely staff, excellent food - couldn't fault the restaurant. We were a large group of 14 and everyone was served quickly. Even kind enough to let us split the bill - not many places do that these days! Will definitely go back again.

Food was good but felt like we had to go staff were coming past heaps. Been Afew times and they have a great menu with heaps of choice.

Food was great as always. Wait staff were great! Let us bring a birthday cake in our birthday celebration! Everyone enjoyed their meal last night.

beef was over cooked in the warm beef salad. too much cram on the southern fried chicken popcorn salad. Some of the fish was a bit mooshy with the fish and chips. Not a fresh product though. other wise service was good at the beginning then really slowed down.

All of the staff were friendly & attentive, the food was delicious with a large & varied menu, and it didn't break the bank. We love The Groove Train at Knox Ozone and will be back again soon!!

Food was delicious. I had the Nasi Goreng and my husband had the Seafood Red curry. Service was a little hit and miss but overall would recommend it..

The service was great at the beginning. My meal was perfect. Warm beef salad. Had to call for service after our main meal to order drinks but then great again. A beautiful meal.

Pleasant staff and very good service. Wait time for meals was not long at all. Asian style meals were ordered but were not as authentic as other Asian meals I have eaten

No issues with food or service, it was all delicious. Ordered a couple of Moscato's and they tasted like they had been open for quite awhile.

Great family experience - four adults, four kids. Meals were enormous, service was great. Value for money in all aspects really. Highly recommended. Central location.

Great service and very nice food. Very loud though not somewhere I would go for an intimate dinner. Staff were very attentive. We will eat here again.

booked for 6 pm Sat night for 9 people. Service was quick. Meals were served at the same time. Very tasty. Will definitely be going back.

Busy Friday night at Groove Train. Both the customer service and the food was fantastic. No problems with waiting times for a busy period as well. Will definitely come back.

Great food and location. The only bad thing though was that they didn't ask if we wanted coffee or dessert after we finished our meal. And that they sat us next to the food counter so all the food had to be run past us.

Prompt service, delicious food and great atmosphere. All the staff were friendly and polite. I will definitely be returning to try more from their menu.

We had a table booked inside for lunch but as it was such a lovely sunny day, we were able to sit outside instead. The vegetable stack was delicious and it was the perfect day for a refreshing wine cocktail with lemon and elderflower. Enjoyed it all and service was quick too.

Great food fast service good place to catchup highly recommend the calamari melt in your mouth so delicous and kids meals were the tops kids loved them and there milkshakes too .Food well presented .

The food here is always fantastic but sometimes it can be particularly tricky flagging someone if you're ready to order or need something. This has happened other times too. Improve service and this was be a 5 🌟 place!

A great pop in venue for a quick bite to eat before or after a movie. Plenty of meal options and fast, friendly service plus good alfresco area if the weather is up to it.

Always a nice experience. Staff are always pleasant and well trained. Good food which has lots of variety too. I like your physical restaurant too.

Food and service were excellent but we found it quite noisy as there were around 4 televisions on at the same time on different channels so people were talking louder which made it hard to hear the discussions on our own table. Would definitely go back again.

Great food and good choice I seem to enjoy it more than the other Groove Trains, too. Good, friendly service and kid friendly. I'm a member too. So I got 25 bucks off because it was my birthday and 10% off Mon - Thurs.

Great venue and lovely staff. Meals were devine. Prices were very reasonable and the place was full but the meals still came out very fast.
