It would be nice if they check their online bookings so that when we turn up they aren’t floundering trying to organize us a table! Everything else- great

The service was good and the food came out in a very timely manner.

Sat outside, nice relaxing atmosphere, quick service, good serving sizings and tasty food. And no feeling of being rushed, we were there for 5 hours.

Nice place , food was pretty good. Took a while for the bill to come and had to ask for it twice...other than that great place!

The Groove Train was really good, clean, friendly with well presented staff and fast service. Atmosphere was cheery and light, everyone enjoyed their meal not a complaint amongst us.

Attentive service and delicious food. Good amounts on the plates. A great bonus is the take home bags. Reasonable prices and a variety of food options.

My family, including three children, had dinner here to celebrate my husband’s birthday. The service was excellent, the kids meal selection was great, the booth was comfortable and our meals very good.

I LIKE THE TRAIN BUT I FIND IT REALLY ANNOYING WHEN THE WAITER IS CONSTANTLY COMING TO THE TABLE AND TRYING TO TAKE YOUR PLATE AWAY EVEN WHEN YOU ARE STILL EATING THIS HAPPENED 3 OR 4 TIMES DURING DINNER OTHERWISE ITS A GOOD RESTAURANT WITH GOOD FOOD.

Great food and efficient service especially considering we were a table of 8. The only place I will order the Tandoori pizza because it is not greasy and the base is not doughy compared to other Groove train restaurants. Also recommend the wedges.

Always fantastic food and service here. Love the ability to book so easily and the restaurant have membership benefits that are well worth signing up for. The only downfall was that sometimes the waiters were too keen to help, having different people ask for orders after we'd already placed them...just meant more interruptions but not a big deal. Eager to help is good! Love it here. It's a favourite for sure.

Good variety and quality of food. Well priced. Nice atmosphere. Service a little slow, I had to get up and ask for drinks etc a couple of times.

Delicious meals & customer service that could not be any better resulted in a great night at Groove Train Knox last night . The online booking service is so easy to use too , making the whole experience a definite 10/10 !

We went there on a Sunday night, and the restaurant was probably three quarters full. The food arrived fairly quickly, and everyone enjoyed their meal. Overall it was a great night. The one downside was that once we had been asked if we wanted dessert and coffees, we were left alone, to the point where we had to approach 3 different people to get our bill. I would definitely eat here again.

The staff were very nice and friendly. Food was delicious and we didn't have to wait long at all. Also a lot of variety on the menu.

Efficient and friendly service for our group of 7. Food mostly great. One of the chicken salads had only 2 pieces of potato, and the tomato with the Parma was not ripe at all. Otherwise very tasty and enjoyable.

Good good, well priced. Caters for all for all rewquirements. Staff very friendly. Only down side was air con on when it was 7 degrees outside.

Great service, food was pretty good but some meals seemed to have been prepared a bit too far in advance (soggy chips in nachos meal).

A great night as usual. The good was well cooked and tasty. It arrived very quickly. The wait staff were all very attentive and our glasses were always filled. We were very pleased with everything. Recommend.

The Groove Train at Knox would have to be our favourite place for dinner. We often take our friends to catch up with a great meal.

Food was delicious but on this occasion service was very slow even when there were only a few tables left. Very hard to get waiters attention.

We went to celebrate a birthday. The food was excellent and delivered quickly and efficiently. Drinks were offered as required. Then to top it off our cake was set up and served with candles lit and plates with cutlery and serviettes for each person bought as well. An awesome experience.

Party of eight and everyone was very happy with the quality of the food and service. Only issue was the cost of the wine. Even the house wine was heavily overpriced for a family based restaurant.

One of my fave places to eat, have never had a bad experience at The Groove Train. My parma off the specials menu was delicious!
