The Groove Train - Knox Ozone

Great service, very timely. The food was great and again we only wait around 10 mins from ordering to recieving our meals. The meals were large servings which tasted fantastic. The only issue I had was it was extremely noisy inside so not the best place to have a chat with your company.

Service was great, very friendly. The food was just average, similar quality you would get from most pubs. The tables are very small for 4 people.

Had lunch on a Saturday for a party of 6. Service was quite good though we were not offered the specials menu (we only saw these as we were leaving). Food and drinks service was reasonably quick, though there was mixed reactions to the actual food (my wife did not like the Spaghetti Pescatore, and indicated she would have chosen special menu dish if we had seen them earlier, fish in the Fisherman's Basket was over cooked, but rest of sea food was spot on, beef pattie in burger was not cooked to the eater's requirement). Will probably give the restaurant another try.

Excellent food, wonderful service and a really nice atmosphere. Sat in one of the booths which was very comfortable and private. The penne amatriciana and crumbed eggplant were delicious.

We were really surprised at the wide variety of food available - something for everyone. The food was great, well presented, delicious and quite fast for how busy it was. The service was excellent - friendly and attentive. A really good experience.

It was a great atmosphere. We had a big group and they managed our orders very efficiently. They also allowed us to slit the bill for each person which made it easier at the end of the night.

Great Food, Great Service. Good atmosphere; able to sit and enjoy the meal without being rushed out the door! My new favourite place to wine and dine!

Wonderful staff and food. Our daughter wasn't feeling well so our preplanned cake with candle was very generously given to us for free to take home with us. We will definitely be back again lots more on the menu to try.

Lovely new venue. I've been to a few GT's. I tried something different both food & drink wise, and both were delicious. 10% surcharge on public holiday wasn't mentioned until we were paying for the meal, would have been more convenient to be told upon arrival. But I'll definitely be back.

Overall very good. There were 3 problems. 1: they forgot one of our meals but did come to the table and apologise, acknowledging it was their fault. 2: My steak was ordered as medium but was definitely rare which is not a real problem as I can eat a rare steak. The worst part was the steak was very tough, some bits were so tough I could not chew it. 3: We decided to have desert and were given the desert menu but then no one came back to take our order. We found the staff to be very helpful & friendly, the food was delicious & arrived quickly. Every table was full - the whole place was bustling. Will definitely be back.

Great food, however as it was very busy there seemed to be a lot of pushyness to get customers in and out of the restaurant.

Eating out with young kids is always a challenge but the staff were very attentive taking our order ASAP. We had our food promptly too and everything was tasty.

The food was good and the service was great. The temperature of the restaurant was too warm and made me uncomfortable, a cooler climate would really help. I did have trouble signing up to the online membership but the manager - Frank was very helpful and I was most grateful for his help and excellent customer service.

10/10 - Quick service from the kitchen, Amazing food (highly recommend the steak and mushroom sauce) and the staff were awesome. Will definitely go back and check out the rest of the menu!

Hair in meal, told waitress which said she would get the manager over, but then never came over to us. Rude service, missing meals with no apology.

Great selection of food, beautifully prepared, good coffee...except if you order soy! But... Very accommodating upon realising the problem. Best a La carte restaurant in Knox.

good food, friendly staff. we were 1/2 hour late as our movie ran overtime but this wasn't a concern for them, knox ozone Groove train.

Broken fans made the evening uncomfortable to eat in and we finished off early as a result, originally we were going to stay for desert and probably would have spent more on drinks. For the cost it was poor value for money

The food was great, the servers were very attentive, checking regularly if we needed anything. Atmosphere was warm and inviting. Toilets was clean and tidy.

Food was ok, I ordered a chicken ceaser salad and I think they cooked the chicken last week! It was very dry! Service was fantastic to start with, then we waited nearly 40 mins after we finished our mains before anyone came back to take dessert orders or offer more drinks!

Great food and atmosphere. We had lunch and will definitely be going back for breakfast. The verge burger and chicken burger were excelelnt, and great value.

Friendly staff and Good food was just a little bit noisy for me inside with all of the young kids, I booked online and there was no choice of where you wanted to sit, My suggestion would be! that the format of the online booking is changed to allow the customer of where they would like to sit! inside or outside! would of been a much better night for me sitting outside with less noise! apart from that can't complain!

The prawn and calamari risotto was absolutely delicious!!! The waitress/waiter were very polite and attentive to our needs. It was our first time dining at your Knox restaurant and we will definitely be back again.

Great meal & service. I took x3 friends along for the evening & we all thought the same it was a lovely evening we all thoroughly enjoyed it & were well looked after.

Good service, cheerful accommodating staff and quite reasonably priced. There was a lovely outside eating area, inside was a little smoky particularly near the kitchen which made it a little claustrophobic.

Dinner was delicious, staff were very friendly, very clean & new facilities, overall was very happy would definately go back there again, just a shame its so far away from home, so will have to go before the next basketball game we go watch,

Great restaurant, lots of choices on the menu, the was food was superb and the service was excellent even though it was very busy. We will be returning.

Expensive for what you get, undercooked chips and no details by word of mouth or anything about a $15 surcharge on boxing day. Perhaps let patrons know before hand they will be hit with a charge.

Groove Train at Knox is great. We tried it, having been to a lot of other Groove Trains and were not disappointed. The service was quick and delicious and the wait staff and floor manager were personable and friendly.

The service was good, we ordered 3 steaks, 2 medium well and 1 medium. The medium well came out like a well done. We reported it and the waiter nicely changed it for us. We were happy about the service. However, we had three waiter keep harassing us and wanting to take our plates away even there were foods on it which was not too good feeling.

Need more cheese on nachos. Coffee was very good. Chips could of been bit more crispier. But overall good. Wil be back 😊 👍 Awesome
