Midweek lunch was great overlooking Lake Macquarie. A nice sunny day accompanied by a lovely lunch, definitely be back again.

Considering we dined the evening the new NSW covid restrictions came out we found our experience to be absolutely amazing. The staff were wonderful and super organised even when they had 2 hour notice to make sudden changes. The food and service was great and overall our dining experiemce was more than we could have asked for. We left very satisfied and felt safe and comfortable.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. Although we had to wait a little while for our food it was delicious when it came out 😊

The meals are good pub food and the serving sizes where generous for the prices. They were busy but when we ordered we were told there would be around a 30 minute wait on food. There was a large group in which were very noisy and the windows and doors were closed which mad it hard to hear others in your group talk.

Lovely food and great service. View is amazing. Had a great catch up with long time friends. Only small point it is a bit noisy when busy.

Was pleased to have nice lake view as requested. The food was good, and good value. Coffee service was a bit slow before the lunch. Here's an idea for you - when people oder seafood dishes, such as we did, it would be great to have a plate to put the prawn shells onto.

Made a booking sat out on the verandah nearly melted, then food was horrid, broccoli could not cut with my knife $22 meal tasted bland chicken scaloppini was dry because we were so hot and bothered I do not think any of the five us enjoyed it

I was a pleasant dining experience and tha food was good.

The food was good but it was so noisy that talking was difficult. The music was too loud ti hear a conversation. Wouldn't recommend this venue for an intimate evening.

Had Spec linguini ingredients had about 4 mushrooms and no bacon, cream sauce was okay, but would not order again.

The service was great. The view was fantastic. The food unfortunately was average. Chicken schnitzel was dry, the hamburger patties were too thick and tasteless and an all round boring hamburger. But the chips were delicious!!

All tables were way to close together, you couldn't get up from your seat without asking someone to move, waiters could not serve meals individually, they had to be passed up the table from the end.

The food was spectacular and the staff were fantastic! We will definitely be back. Best customer service we have had in a long time!

Had to ask twice for serviettes and cutlery - The male staff member on duty was abrupt and not very welcoming at the desk when taking my order. Happy when taking my money, but when asking for a table at the window ( plenty of free tables) or serviettes - it seemed most inconvenient for him. My meal was very good though.

Great location, service and atmosphere. Food was a bit hit and miss - calamari and bugs excellent, fish & chips was over-cooked and dry. We'll definitely be back as pluses outweighed any negatives.

Booking was easy staff were courteous and very helpful given we were a group of 10 and got there early for our booking. Found us a table and then got us into restaurant early as well. great work!

We arrived early as we were down person and staff were very accommodating. It wasn’t our first visit and won’t be our last.. We ordered oysters kilpatrick, chilli prawn & chorizo linguini and the chicken scallopini - all three were delicious.

Food was so great. Desserts were amazing. Friendly and helpful staff also. Highly recommended!
