Had such a great experience at Hosaku Melbourne! The food was fresh, tasty, and beautifully presented with lots of variety to choose from. The staff were welcoming and attentive, making sure our table was always looked after. The atmosphere was lively but still comfortable, perfect for enjoying a meal with friends and family. Definitely one of the best Japanese cuisine in Melbourne – can’t wait to come back!

The food is of high quality and very fresh, which made the dining experience enjoyable. However, the customer service was average, as the waiter seemed too busy and had attitude.

Beautifully decorated and very clean. However, the food lacked flavour and leaned towards a Japanese fusion style that didn’t quite hit the mark. The music was overly loud, making it hard to enjoy the atmosphere. Quite pricey too — about $100 per person without drinks.
