The staff were extremely friendly and helpful! We had really lovely meals (particularly the fried chicken and waffles) and the bottomless brunch was great value for money. The venue itself was really pretty and the bathrooms were so clean.

The waitress was lovely and had a casual chat to us all which is honestly rare to find in big city cafes.

I’ve never had a more disappointing dining experience. The service was appalling - especially on a morning where the cafe was not busy. The wait staff seemed spaced out and vague, and at best, disinterested. They wandered around, avoiding customers and doing little work but sit by the bathrooms and chat and complain about how sick they felt. Our coffee orders were not taken until 20 minutes after we arrived, and we had to repeat them multiple times to the waitress. Our breakfasts arrived 90 minutes after we sat down. After an hour of sitting there with no food or coffee, we enquired with staff who told us our orders had been “lost” due to a computer glitch. Odd, given the cafe is small and the orders were written down on paper by our waitress. At no time did staff come by to ask whether we wanted further drinks. We had to constantly ask for water refills. All that could be forgiven if the food was good. It was not. The portions were small and the meals tasteless. The smashed avocado was pre-mixed and sour and brown, and the mushroom dish was rubbery and overpriced. Ultimately, we left hungry. Our concerns were met by a glib apology from staff who seemed too spaced out to care. Halfway through breakfast, the staff put on music so loud, no one could hear themselves think. Given there are so many good options in Melbourne, and service is the easiest (and cheapest) thing for a cafe to get right, we thought House of Lulu White would go above and beyond to get customers through the door and compete with the other options. We won’t be returning.

Loved a birthday brunch at Lulu Whites. The petite blonde waitress was our best friend - all the other staff completely ignored us! She deserves a medal

Great food but slightly disappointed with the service. It is a two hour bottomless brunch but nobody offered us drinks until 1:20 and we were then given attitude by a waitress when we asked for a refill at 2:50, within the 2 hour slot. Members of my party repeatedly told the staff that they were cold and asked for the door to be closed but they were ignored

Worst service I’ve ever had - rude, condescending staff members, particularly the older brunette woman.

The service wasn’t good at all. We were seated 15-20minutes into our 1.90 sitting time and then asked to leave 15 minutes before it finished. We were waiting for drinks for 30 minutes. Not worth the amount of money.

I was not notified of a set menu that they require for large groups. There was only one other group of people in the cafe at the time and they kept request we pick from a menu with 4 items. I wouldn’t have gone if I’d know that.

Choose house of lulu white for a bottomless brunch. Food was good, service was absolutely rubbish as were the drinks. Espresso martini’s were served in latte glasses and the mimosas only had a drop of orange juice. I will never come here again. Very disappointed. Staff couldn’t remember who we were. As we were paying the same staff member who had waited on us asked if we were were after a table. Absolutely terrible experience.

We went for a much needed girls catch up and loved it. The food and drinks came out quickly and the staff were great. We'll definitely be going back.

They make you work for the bottomless brunch. Had to order drinks a minimum of 3 times and only one order would arrive.

Service was great. Loved the top ups. The only negative was that we were kicked out before our time was even up for the 90 minutes and was given no warning. It was quite rude. Also we were not told that we had to leave after our 90 minutes and were told we could stand outside on the sidewalk, as there were no free tables to sit at, and finish drinks there. Not the best finish at the end of a good time.

Called when booking was made and put in a special request of the 2 x dietary. We were not told about the limited menu due to numbers. I was told off when I arrived if I could order off the larger menu. There was hardly anyone in the cafe so couldn't understand why it would be a n issue to order off the larger menu. Also, the limited vegan options is a turnoff. We dine there regulary for work and will be considering other places.

Came for the bottomless brunch - it was amazing! I want every meal to be this fun. Thanks for having us :)

Absolutely awesome boozy brunch for my birthday. They even gave us one extra drink each (13 people) for the road as we left, in takeaway cups! Such a good time!!

Our women supporting women boozy brunch had the perfect launch at LuLu white. The food was fresh and delicious, the tunes had the group singing and dancing in our seats and the cocktails - flowing at a consistent pace! (Something not all boozy brunch hostess do!) All of this made even better by our waitress (or magical deliverer of cocktails) Mandy. She was fun, hot onto every request we had, fun and made our time at LuLu White an absolute blast. Also thanks to Michael who was 100% included in our girl boss day. We cannot wait to return!

Had a wonderful time. Food was amazing, and they were always there to top up our drinks for bottomless brunch. One thing we ordered didn't make it out but it was only a bowl of chips so it wasn't too impactful. Otherwise, great service

Food and atmosphere are fantastic, they’ve recently changed the bottomless brunch to include 4 cocktails now instead of 3, and they are not stingy on the drinks! I keep coming back and it gets better every time.

Great vibe, LOVELY staff. Thank you for a fun brunch session! Will recommend definitely! The guy who was bringing out drinks was approachable and always refilling our drinks- such a cool spot to hang out and reconnect with some old mates.
