Nice place and good food. Good service. I don't understand why mixed plates are so much more expensive over single dish plates. They appear to have the same quantity. The house wine is cheap, but I would prefer to be able to buy better quality wine by the glass, rather than have to buy a bottle. Overall will be going again.

Food is really authentic and price is reasonable. I really enjoyed the lamb skewers and briyani rice. I would definitely recommend it to people interested in Persian cuisine. Would definitely return!

Consistently great as always, amazing value and friendly service. A really enjoyable evening. Has to be the best Persian restaurant in the upper North Shore.

We booked a table for 7 People. It was the first time when we went to this restaurant and we asked for help with ordering the food as we didn't know what to order because we are not from a Persian background. We wanted a variation of foods that can be shared and that could give us a general idea about what Persian food is all about. I believe that the owner of the restaurant helped us choose the dishes. A few of the foods on the menu were not available so we just went with his suggestions. The entree was delicious. The food that was served to us as a main was very tasty but there were no vegetables apart from some grilled tomatoes and a chilli, however, there was a lot of rice. When I say a lot, it is because the rice would have served about 16 people, we ended up taking rice home in a few take away containers as we felt bad about wasting it. When it came time to have dessert, some of the items in the menu were not available. The waitress who served us dessert didn't look very happy to be at work. The baklava we had was tiny and although delicious, We thought it was expensive for something that was the size of half of my thumb. We asked for coffe, they don't serve coffee. The final bill came and it was surprisingly cheap. The owner of the restaurant was nice, the meat was very tasty and some of their staff was lovely, but the lack of veggies with the foods that got chosen for us, the excess rice and the grumpy waitress makes us not want to go to this restaurant again.
