The 5 course tasting menu is exceptional value - authentic Italian dishes from antipasto, pizza, pasta and dessert!

Great food, however the service was slow and the wait staff a little rude.

Food was wonderful and the staff were friendly and efficient. Definitely will go again.

The meals for both myself and my wife were on the special list and were more expensive than the main menu, but they both excellent in terms of taste, quantity and presentation.

took so long to get our meals even a glass of wine took a while to get. Nearly one hour to wait for our meal. Very nice pasta though.

Staff greeted you straight away. Very welcoming & friendly. Had a question about drinks so waitress called gentleman who does cocktails to talk to us directly. He was very accomodating. All 8 of us loved the food & desserts

The food was delicious and authentically Italian. However the seating is a bit too cosy and as the restaurant gets busier the service suffers a little. A great restaurant as long as it doesn’t get too greedy

I arrived at 725 for a 730 booking. There was no table ready. Got a table, then went to the bathroom before being seated, then someone else was given the table. Waited for another one and taken to a messy table outside. Felt rushed. Food was ok. Loud and rushed.

Absolutely delicious food! Authentic Italian food, served by skilled professionals. The lasagne was described as the best ever, as was the linguine marinara. We can’t wait to go back!

Food was nice only complaint was our entree was not hot. And wine selection not great.

Could have had more staff upstairs, had to wait a while for service. Food was excellent but garlic pizza just tasted of herbs & nil garlic. Owner could have been more hands on definitely will return to support this local icon !

The 5 course degustation was a delight, lots of food. They encouraged us to take home bits that we were struggling to finish so that we could endulge in the next course.

Great authentic fresh food with true Italian atmosphere and value

This was an authentic Italian experience, and staff were very welcoming. The calamari was melt-in-the-mouth and my partner’s pizza delicious. We capped the evening off with frangelico. Would definitely return.

Love this place . We’ve been twice now and will continue to come back. Great food and good prices but best of all is the exemplary service. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly and really care about your experience. Always very busy so make sure you book first , it’s a great addition to Mentone !
