Service has gone downhill! I am very disappointed as a loyal customer of Kitchai, did not expect this service from them. They served me a cold main dish after waiting a while. The orange juice they served us was completely bland; watered down as it was mostly ice. I guess after a business excels financially, they end up ruining the overall food quality and not caring about the customers that helped shape their business (by referring more people) :)..

Great food and service and thats why we keep coming back.

I would like to provide feedback regarding the poor service my family and I experienced during our visit on 8/9/25, which was meant to be a special birthday dinner for my husband. • As I had an emergency, my family began dining without me. I arrived with my friend and my brother’s family about 30 minutes late. • After joining, I placed a second round of orders. The waiter took our order, repeated it back to confirm, so I expected it was processed correctly. • Later, I ordered another starter, which was served after about 10 minutes. • However, after waiting 45 minutes, our second order still had not arrived. When I asked another waiter to check, I was informed that our order had not been entered into the system at all. This experience was very disappointing, especially on such an important occasion. We were left waiting unnecessarily, and what should have been a celebratory evening turned into a frustrating one due to service mistakes. I kindly ask that you look into this matter to ensure that similar issues do not happen to other customers in the future

Love this place. Food is always amazing, service is great, you dont wait very long, staff are polite and very apologetic if they need to get by you as sometimes it can be a bit squashy. Great vibe highly recommend !

I very often go to kitchai and every time you guys were the best with food quality and quantity. But this time I went there to throw my birthday party with my friends and you guys literally spoiled it with the food quality and quantity. We ordered The salt and pepper crab was not fried enough and a stinky smell was coming out from the crab. The chilli basil fried rice was too much oily and not enough oaken. The quantity of Tom yum fried rice was poor. None of my friends were satisfied with your food. You guys should be more careful about your food quality during public holidays.

For a change the food was very tasty to point. We had Fish cakes, Stir-fry chilli basil Eggplant, whole barramundi with appel/mango salad. Green curry chicken.

I booked table , but they give us worse place . No space between chair, then we just seat outside. After lady didn’t help with menu.even we ask water , they didn’t bring it. I have to choose food by photo . It was tasty . But cold because outside was cold and we seat not comfortable . My 5 th anniversary was ruined by staf

We had whole fried barramundi with apply amngo salad was delicious paured with the bottle of cuvee. Couldn't complain great food good service.

Very busy on a Friday evening but still recieved great service and the food was fresh and tasty. Strongly recommend the Garlic Pepper Chicken with Hokkien noodles.

Friendly staff food is good. Should really have more gluten free options for starters. Maybe be more knowledgeable about gluten free food.

Advised restaurant through your booking service that occasion was for my mother’s 80th birthday requested nice seating inside, we were placed near a large & noisy family gathering, there was other seating available , also no mention of special occasion which was very disappointing. Previous experience at restaurant was very good but this time was very poor.
