Landmark Yum Cha - Sunnybank

Food is always great! Love the variety and it’s never that long a wait to get in. It’s a huge restaurant and can be noisy, but that’s all part of the atmosphere.

Several items on the menu were not available and what we had was very disappointing. The prices were also too expensive for the amount and quality of the food.

Not many trolleys so it was frustrating as we were hungry but once we started ordering through one of the waiters it was better. Food was delicious.

We didn’t get most of the food we ordered The food we did get took ~30 mins to arrive The staff were very rude Pretty sure we got overcharged but were too scared to contest it #wouldnotrecommend

My first visit to Landmark and it will be my last - food was horrible, the staff need to learn Customer Service and the noise was intolerable as we were seated right next to the cleaning up station - seriously????

A great range of dishes to choose from, topped off with custard tarts and deep fried ice cream. We had a great lunch.

Very loud private function, Terrible service served customers out of order and waited 40 mins for a entree that came after the mains did had no sparkling wine on a New Year’s Eve night food was very plain lacked flavour and love very expensive for the quality the only positive the serves where large

Terrible food and service was appalling. We lined up for our own food, cleared our own table, waited a long time to get a bottle of tap water. Staff talk to you with hand gestures rather than words. And all this came with a service charge of $2 per person, my kids are under 10 and do not drink tea, but still paid the fee because they got a cup of tap water. Used to like this place, but never again.

The quality and authenticity of the food was top notch. Are here in a group of 6 including grandparents and children. The staff were friendly and the restaurant had many other families dining which gave it a wonderful ambiance. We will be visiting again and taking more family.

Good but noisey. Still you expect that. Good food and not budget breaking.

Half our hot dishes were cold from the trolleys, and I am not a fan of cold dumplings. It took forever to get a refill for our tea pot from a grumpy waiter.
