Locale Mio restaurant

My boyfriend and I came to this restaurant for a lovely date and the service there was exceptional! Our waitresses were very nice and professional and didn’t have to wait a long time for food. Food and drinks were super delicious and would absolutely recommend family and friends to come to this amazing Italian restaurant! :)

Very tasty food. Very good helpful and courteous service. One small negative was the difficulty to find parking. Commuters shouldn’t be allowed to use the pub/restaurant car park for free all day parking.

Amazing dining experience. From the moment we walked through the door, the staff were warm, welcoming, attentive and explained everything we needed to know, this being our first visit. The food was quick to arrive and delicious. Desserts we yum and we were happy with the total cost of the meals. The atmosphere was lovely, not noisy and hectic like some places. The music was at a great lower level so it could be appreciated but not hard to then make conversation easily. We were served, ate both mains and dessert with drinks and departed within an hour and didn’t feel rushed, we felt relaxed and comfortable the whole time. We will definitely return with family and friends.

We came for a postponed Mothers Day celebration lunch while the Renaissance Fair was on. With my sister in a wheelchair, we arrived to find an inconsiderate driver had parked in an accessible bay without an Acrod permit. The restaurant staff allowed us to park at the side of the car park, not in a bay, but where we could get my sister in and out easily without blocking other vehicles. Then the food was sublime, the drinks amazing (we were even given the recipe for one of the cocktails that we loved), and the service was warm, friendly and attentive even though it was very busy. I can’t speak highly enough - a wonderful experience, and we’ll be back!

My wife had muscles which were ok, I had pizza which was terrible. The base was literally soggy and tasted very ordinary. The staff were friendly and pleasant.

The restaurant was clean and quirky. Overall the staff were amazing. Shout out to Kelly who was attentive, friendly & knowledgeable. The atmosphere was warm/ with pleasant end of night vibes.

The food was awesome but what topped if off was the service. Highly recommend and I look forward to returning for the Tuesday and Wednesday night specials.

Locale Mio is, hands down, the best restaurant we visit…and we go out for dinner at least once a fortnight. Visiting there is like going home. Cant recommend it highly enough

Our dinner was tasty! We had the evening special! We wanted to have some vegetables with the main course, so we ordered a salad for the table to share!! They never brought it out on time . So we cancelled that!! This was my only complaint for the evening. Other than that, it was good! Not great, but good!!!

What an amazing spot. We had such a lovely meal. Definitely recommend the beef carpaccio. The staff were so friendly and welcoming! Food was 10/10 and overall amazing dining experience.

Service was wonderful and friendly, the tapas was 5 stars especially the porchetta and the stuffed capsicum. Will definatley go back to try some other dishes.

On previous visits we had found the restaurant to be quite noisy, but this time it was a pleasant experience, and we could converse with our dining companions. So this is probably a reflection of the patrons, rather than the venue. They offer a great selection of dishes and beverages for every taste. Absolutely delicious food, with attentive service from the front of house team. The lamb chops, arancini, scallops and pork and fennel Italian sausage were lovely and the prawn and calamari was just perfectly prepared. The best Affogatto ever! This is my go-to dessert and for once the coffee was not bitter 🤗 Also, the quality of the gelato was the best! It was creamy, smooth and could easily be scooped up in bitesize morsels of yummieness. I wasn't expecting this to be a stand-out, but it certainly was. We had a Grappa to finish the meal, and it was a delightfully smooth digestive. Thank you, Locale Mio, we had a wonderful dining experience.

First time and well it was absolutely fantastic. Food amazing and delicious. The waiter was equally fantastic nothing a problem. Everyone was happy and helpful. Will be going back for sure.

We have visited Locale Mio on many occasions and we love it. The menu in our experience is fabulous and has also kept harder to please and fussy eaters happy. The food is fresh, delicious and beautifully presented The staff are warm, welcoming, friendly and efficient every time. The atmosphere is lovely and the old photos and references to family add a homely 'warm hug' to dining here. Highly recommended and hands down one of our favourite places to eat in Guildford and Perth. Thanks from Yvette and Mike
