Loved the food, drinks and service. The vibe of the restaurant was so much fun as well. Highly highly recommend.

OMG if only the service was as good as the cocktails. Booked and had to still wait for a table and had to simply ask for everything complained not once but twice in one night took over an hour for three burgers and they were not that busy. The manager then lied to our face and said they had taken some stuff off the bill and gave us a discount.... well they took nothing off the bill I know you said there was no excuse for poor service but too lie to customers face is not a good look sorry would not recommend

Heavy on the BBQ sauce and cheese, all I could really taste - quite sickly. Loaded shakes were sweet and not much like the photos at all. Burgers much smaller than advertised. Quite overpriced. Not enough napkins for the amount of sticky sauce you get over your hands and mouth. Recommend getting water otherwise you will dehydrate from the sweet shakes and heavy sauced burgers. Unfortunately putting a bunch of ingredients together on one burger doesn’t make it as amazing as it looks. Gave it a go but not likely to return.

Ordered the cheese dip with a large chip. Chips came out first and by the time we got the cheese dip, chips would have been cold. So, we ate them. Ordered second large chips to have with the dip, and they never came. Had a ask a second time (which took a while, as no one wanted to serve us). Asked two people for drinks, once again. The first time we never got them and then I had to ask a second person (and even that took a lot of time). Look, the burgers were yummy. I would just come back just for that and the amazing drinks you do. But I wouldn't be thinking this restaurant was up there in the service and the amount of money we spent. I have spent way less, with fancier food and way better service. Also, the amount of dirty glasses just sitting on the counter isn't the best look for the restaurant. Just a shame, as the artwork and vibe of the restaurant, seems pretty good.

Fries was cold and the burger completely oiled, salty and in a different way (onion wasn’t caramelized). We’ve been there before and the food was so good. But the last experience wasn’t nice.

I’ve been wanting to go to Milky Lane for months and when I finally went it did not disappoint! Such amazing service from the waiters, the food is INCREDIBLE and the cocktails are delicious! Very fair priced and such a cool vibe in the restaurant 11/10. Will be back!

Horrible Service. They stuffed up and forgot to log in our order, after complaining they apologised and said they would quickly get on top of it. Ended up waiting 2hrs for food, and then had quickly eat our food because we received our food at 10pm (FYI they close at 10). Although the service was terrible and we ran very late for our plans after dinner, they didn’t charge us for the meal.
