Fries was cold and the burger completely oiled, salty and in a different way (onion wasn’t caramelized). We’ve been there before and the food was so good. But the last experience wasn’t nice.

I’ve been wanting to go to Milky Lane for months and when I finally went it did not disappoint! Such amazing service from the waiters, the food is INCREDIBLE and the cocktails are delicious! Very fair priced and such a cool vibe in the restaurant 11/10. Will be back!

Horrible Service. They stuffed up and forgot to log in our order, after complaining they apologised and said they would quickly get on top of it. Ended up waiting 2hrs for food, and then had quickly eat our food because we received our food at 10pm (FYI they close at 10). Although the service was terrible and we ran very late for our plans after dinner, they didn’t charge us for the meal.

Service is slow got drink order mixed up , previously when went for my bday went had to pay for drinks didnt order as was on bill again had to wait for drink orders , food was great though

Service was a bit pore. Took ten minutes before someone asked if we wanted a drink and when we received our food we weren't given cutlery or napkins. Had to get up and ask for some.

The restaurant has such a chilled vibe and once we’d ordered, our meal arrived almost instantly. The food was fantastic and we loved the menu! Can’t wait to go back to try something different next time!

Good 90s-2000s music but pretty sure most of the patrons didn’t know any of it or were even born in these eras. Pretty sad really. And my cocktail was mostly wine, ordered the passionfruit and alize share cocktail ($60). I drank all of it bar one glass myself (3L) and it didn’t even tickle me. I drink once a year, if that! Quite a let down. Went to the casino after and had 2 standard drinks that did more damage. Good, tasty food though.

Once again the food was exceptional, very minimal wait times and the food came out hot, fresh and quickly.

Well presented food and cocktails. We noticed spider webs in the corner where we were sitting though. Atleast four of them.

Our waitress was very needy and constantly came over whilst we were eating but she was very kind and lovely. The food though was amazing and very yummy.

Very nice visit, loved the food, my friends and i have always loved Milky Lane's atmosphere and vibes.

Arrived 25 mins early adv too many people inside despite booking. Had tried to call 3 times and had text to confirm booking during the week. Asked due to having a 2 year old with us if we could do sit outside then when a spot came free if we could move the seater was rude and arrogant towards my questions. Waited 25 mins to have order served Asked for a well done Kevin bacon no pickles or onions - was told by the waitress it was we had to check all burgers to see which was the well done burger which we got asked if it was ok how it is and I asked for it to be redone which still came out pink both times came out with pickles and onions some people got pickles some people got onions no burgers were consistent .We got told I couldn’t order the water melon cocktail by itself like the Gold Coast branch did as it was premade. The cocktail I couldn’t drink as it was pure rose it was not well balanced it was over powered by rose compared to the previous times we have enjoyed that particular cocktail which usually tastes of water melon this did not luckily the one of my guests just drank it as he didn’t want us to waste $60 as the three other parties couldn’t stand to drink the unbalanced sickly overpowering cocktail
