Food was tasty, good flavor on the Big L burger (definitely add the pineapple!) Service was mediocre. Wrong burger was delivered to one of us (they brought the new one out quickly though). Three of us ordered fries, one order came out before the food and we had to ask where the other two orders were after all of the burgers came to the table, including the replacement burger. Average overall experience.

Under cooked chicken, otherwise all other aspects were great 👍🏽

Lots of hype, but didn't really deliver. An $83 lunch for two people is a little ridiculous. If I pay $24 for a burger, I want a BURGER with chips on the side. I want to feel like I can't move after eating a burger of that price. The sides we ordered were great, but that's about it.

I loved the atmosphere and the staff were all very friendly. The food was overall decent but nothing to write home about.

Music was too loud. Service was slow. Took an hour for our meals to come out and the $19 chicken burger was a fatty thigh fillet. Was disappointed it was a breast. Wouldn’t go back.

Burgers are a bit pricey for what it is. Expected side of sweet potato fries to come with burgers. Fabulous drinks, great atmosphere.

Overall a really great place to visit...the only disappointment was that they had run out of NZ Sauv Blanc and the dessert items listed on the menu.

The wait time for food was over an hour & wait for cocktails was at least half hour. They also forgot to add some items to our order until I followed up on them. We were there for my partners birthday & it ruined our night as we were tired & starving by the time we got our food. Probably wouldn’t got back despite the food being really good.

Great food and service. DJ was too loud at times and the extras were the big expense.

We were going to be seated in a doorway quite cold. Very loud music had to shout to talk to anyone and couldn't here what waitresses were saying to us.

Our server ruby was amazing, however, took forever for drinks to come out, out starters came out the same time as our mains, and we were also asked to move cause apparently our table was booked after us and we weren't made aware of this at the beginning.

Good fast service and food was yum thanks, I’ll be back for sure.

Had an awesome experience but I just didn’t think yelling across the table to speak to my partner was ideal the music level could change just a touch :)

Burger was cold and servings very small, which wasn't such a bad thing as you don't walk out feeling sick and full. Won't rush back, there are MUCH better burger places in Newie.

Staff was friendly and everything arrived so quickly fantastic experience

Great place well worth a visit. It’s a must to book or you may be disappointed from not getting a table. Vibe good.

It’s ok but took a longtime to get our meals and over priced for what it is. I hope they do well but I won’t be racing back.

Had a booking for 12:45pm for 20ppl (turned out to be 12), knew it would be busy, asked on the phone beforehand if they wanted us to pre-order. Said there was no need as they are used to the busy at lunch. As we were on our lunch I thought that pre-ordering would have been the best course of action. We ended up waiting 45 mins for burgers. The starters came out quick, half of them were cold though. Totally understand being a new business getting the kinks out, maybe just rethink the not taking pre-orders at lunch time for larger groups as most of the time they will be on a time restraint. Thanks.
