Great passionfruit soufflé and all the entrees and mains were delicious

Food was great, service was good. An adventurous take on contemporary French cuisine with a Chinese twist.

Quality and value. Worth repeating. Acceptable face of modern French cuisine.

I’d accidentally booked the wrong date but the restaurant was able to accommodate us nevertheless, and were very happy to do so. Hats off to them!

The food was nice we had the carpaccio and prawns (the prawns were just okay). We wish the food was saltier. The mains were spot on the eye fillet and the pork belly. Service was a bit lost as they asked us like three times three different waiters if we have already ordered. It was okay overall experience.

Fantastic service and delicious food. All our party were super impressed but for vegans the options were unfortunately very limited. The only options available were tasty but sad that there was only 1 starter and 1 main to choose from. For the rest of us, lots of choice and truly delicious food.

I am lucky to say that I have been to many fine dining restaurants in the CBD, but hands down, I can honestly say that Monte tops them all. The food is beautiful with top quality service. I have been there many times and the food never disappoints. I would give it 10 out of 10 (or more).

Great quality food and priced very reasonably. Street parking on Norton usually available else on streets surrounding the park opposite the restaurant.

Great service and beautiful food. I have a “thing” about glassware and the wine glasses were perfect! Tiramisu special was “ok” but everything else was excellent. Scallop starter my favourite!

We usually dine here as a group of four or five and have been coming for over 5 years. The food is always exceptional and beautifully presented. Clearly a very talented chef Amazing value in the set menu. We have never been disappointed.
