Food not nice as used to be. We dine here 3 to 5 times a year always nice food but now the chicken and dips are completely not a good taste. I don’t think we would like to comeback maybe for awhile. The staff are nice and friendly.

My father and I have been in two Tuesday lunch times in a row now, and we will be back in next week! Our server was very welcoming and attentive to all of our needs. She took the time to talk to us, and make our experience very enjoyable, which is hard to find these days! (Thank you to our waitress!!) The food was also very yummy. Definitely has become our new favourite place to eat.

Food was nice. Service was ok. Was very disappointed that at 8:10 pm on a Saturday night They wouldn't accept an order for coffee but after coming home and checking their opening hours (which we couldn't see anywhere on the outside of the building) we found out they close at 8:30pm. Definitely more of a family type restaurant.

We arrived early at 5:15pm for a quick dinner. By 5:30pm, there were a few tables seated. The one staff member did her best to look after everyone's needs. By 5:45pm a party of approx. 20 people arrived, so the noise level increased significantly. Additional staff had arrived. More tables were seated. The wait time was ok. Our meal sizes were smaller compared to our last visit 12mths ago. The food was delicious and I would have liked more of it for the price. Thank you.

Guacamole dip old and tasteless. Not fresh. Frijole dip old and mushy, sticky. Tostada beef and beans mushy, not too fresh, and way too little lettuce. Service ok although a mistake/oversight made by one member of staff. Disappointing all round. No music and a lack of Montezuma spirit. But if food had been good then all would have turned out well. Could never go back to Capalaba when the Montezuma’s at my Gravatt is so much better in every single way. (food impeccable!)

Service was average at best. Restaurant was basically empty and yet the staff were very good at ignoring us. Just wanted to stand in kitchen with airpods in. Also glasses were dirty from bar. Sangria carafes were dirty as well. Won’t be returning any time soon.

It was good, my rice was very hard like it was under a warming lamp or like. other than that I enjoyed the meals

Love eating at Montezumas. Have been coming here for years and find it the most authentic Mexican available. Many of the new breed of Mexican five you their version of Mexican food and not the real thing. If you want Authentic Mexican this the place to come.

Food was great with very good service and reasonably priced.

Food took over an hour with 4 small children. Taco was bland. They turned the aircon off half way through dinner. Unfortunately we will not be back.

Tasty food, and good service my daughter and I really enjoyed it.

We ordered 4 meals which took over 1 hour to be delivered to our table. My husbands meal was stone cold.

It was a really enjoyable evening and the food was lovely we even took some home so we can have the experience twice we will be back soon to try something new on the menu 😃

We had a birthday dinner for my daughter turning 9 and we were a party of 14, youngest being 3 and kids age 6 to 11. Great food, friendly and accomodating service, the kids and the adults enjoyed it very much. My whole family has Montezuma’s dinner for their birthdays, it is our ritual and they are always a hit! Also, love their margaritas! Thank you guys for a lovely evening!

Always good. We love it here! Only thing is there are not many options for children.

Disappointed meal was very dry and boring dessert was too

Expensive for bland not very filling food, nicest part of our meal was the guacamole but was small and the veggies that where a side to my burrito. The burrito is just a tortilla with diced chicken, that’s it! Being the most expensive Mexican in the area expected much better, will not be going back.
