Customer service was great, spent about $150 per person and wasn’t completely satisfied as it was not that filling. Food was ok for the price.

Good recommendations, great Wagyu, but service could have been sharper.

Had such an amazing first experience dining at Niku Ou for my birthday!! From the food to the service and the atmosphere, everything was better than anticipated and I would 110% recommend to anyone and would come back again! I forgot to get our lovely waiter/server’s name but he went above and beyond to make my birthday special! Had some shots of sake with him while talking about his alcohol collection at home as well as gave me complimentary black sesame ice cream and sung happy birthday!! Wow such a great guy, he definitely made the experience worthwhile :) thank you to him and the rest of the staff for an amazing time!! Keep up the good work, big thumbs up!

It was great but the menu showed options of buying 50 g of meats however they only sold them in 100g.

It was great until they decided they needed the table back and kick us off the table. The whole dining experience was ruined. Didn't even asked if we want dessert. We asked for a glass of water at the end got told to move to the bar table because they have people waiting for the table. We paid $310 for the meal and this was the service we got at the end.

The quality of the meat is unquestionably good as it says. However the level of the scallops are not been shown. I do have a good experience here and happy Christmas.

The Restaurant was so popular and many people were waiting outside. The waiters were so eager to get us out of the table for other customers. We have a birthday cake, which is not able to finish. There was no pre-specified dining time when I made the booking.
