Been here for 3 times within a few months. Really nice service, good food and excellent quality. The price is expensive, but the quality of the meats is worth it.

Lovely food and atmosphere! It was a bit loud but we were sat in a cosy round booth so had no problems hearing each other. Food was delicious, fresh and great quality.

Didn't like being told on sitting down at 6pm that we have to be done by 7.30 for another booking. Was not conducive to a relaxed, enjoyable evening. For this, I won't be back in a hurry.

Very frustrating to start when our table was not ready. Seemed like they'd given our table to another party as our name was already crossed off . Once finally seated with our drinks we were then asked to move again due to another mix up as they wanted to give our table to a bigger group. Finally at our final table and that's when the service got much better. Delicious Scampi sashimi to start followed by delicious HIDA A5 Sirloim aburi nigiri sushi. Wow. We then had the A5 Hida eye roll set which was fantastic. Good experience after a very shaky start. Thumbs up to our server who cooked the beef exceptionally. Also recommendwasabi with beef

Despite booking for 7:30pm and arriving on time, we had to wait around half an hour for our table.

It is an expensive restaurant but you pay for what you get! Top quality A5 grade Wagyu beef from Hida, what an experience! Atmosphere and customer services were good. But given the money you pay, the atmosphere and sittings can be more of a fine dining feel. Only drawback was that we were being rushed to leave at the end; if we were being notified beforehand the dining duration was better, not in a way that I was still enjoying my drink but the waiter already put the bill on our table. But again, given the money we spent, should we be limited to a duration to dine? I don’t think so. Perhaps the booking management need to be improved at the restaurant end. Overall, a tasty top quality food experience!

A beautiful classy Japanese restaurant with a nice ambience. The beef is out of this world - worth the splurge! Service is fast, however the layout of the bar seating area isn’t the most comfortable for bbq.

Let's start with a major negative. Entire service felt rushed. Made a booking at 6pm and was chased from our table at 7pm because 'other customers are coming'. We still had some wine and was forced to chug it prior to leaving. Nowhere in the reservation notes did it say that the reservation was for 1 hour. Even if it did state that, it's a completely ridiculous policy. Management should not expect a $130 per person meal to be finished in an hour. Food was on the pricy side but you're definitely getting what you pay for. Quality of beef was premium and everything was delicious.

Food is amazing but very pricey. Kind of disappointed that the grilled whitefish is unavailable is a bummer. Staff were friendly too. Sitting in a bar like “table” is kind of unusual for me but it’s ok. All in all, it was a good birthday dinner.

Food was amazing, service was great too! Only issue was the waiting time as I did not walk in — I made a reservation, but they allowed us to sit at the bar and have a look at the menu so, it was not too bad.

High quality beef with a bit of waiting. Will go back again.
