Food tasty but Very slow service. Waited too long between each plate. Got food we didn’t even order and not what we ordered.

The service tonight was very slow. We had to ask multiple times for our food. The food itself was fine.

Quite noisy, and too few wait staff, resulting in a 30 minute delay after being seated before the staff were able to take an order. Gave up trying to order a drink which was in stock. Used to be our favourite Okami, but seems to be overly busy now and a bit swamped.

Service poor. The all you can eat model appears to succeed (for them) because they are under staffed and as a result your ability to order is curtailed. In addition, it’s takes too long for food to come out once ordered. For the price, we won’t be back.

I really like Okami, I’ve been to several in different suburbs and they are all different in terms of atmosphere and I’ve found even though the food comes out very quickly at times, it’s difficult to get the wait staffs attention. If, you want to ask for anything, drinks, cutlery, anything, do it when they are at your table. Food is great, and I would recommend a visit.

the food was great. But the customer service are quiet anorganized. I called them many time about a surprise birthday of my son and asking if i can pay it online. they said yes at first and on the following week they said No. I called them again they said yes and i told them to give the account details but unfortumately they give it very late the account details. i hope they will be knowledgable about the procedure.

Slow service and no order after 1.5 hours for 2 hours all you can eat. Would. not recommend. I’m Kami Niddrie is much better

Food was the same as always...enjoyable to eat. But the service was a bit lacking. Felt like we were ignored and forgot a couple of orders.

We ordered a number of dishes, the restaurant wasn't busy and there was a number of wait staff. We were seated for some time, no water or drinks as per our order, we had to ask twice. The food came out very slowly, meat first, rice last, the sushi sashimi platter was not as advertised in the menu. We go to Okami Brunswich frequently although the service is slowly deteriorating.

Good atmosphere given how many people were being catered for at the one time. The wait staff were efficient and the food was prompt, delicious and great value.

We had a lovely Father’s Day lunch at our favourite Okami location! The staff are so friendly and attentive and the portions of each dish are fantastic. There was unfortunately a very difficult/argumentative customer and the staff handled that situation very professionally - well done!

The food was really good but the service was not very good. It was hard to get a waiters attention when we needed it and the empty dishes were not cleared away from our table.

Food was great. Restaurant was under staffed. A waiter was very rude was ignoring our table. I explained this to the manager and she was very helpful and understanding and spoke to the waiter.

For a restaurant that usually has a line, I thought OKami would blow my mind. Food was ordinary at best. Service wasn’t much better. Next time I’ll be driving past.

Business was not that busy, there were plenty of empty tables but the wait staff decided to sit 8 people in a 6 seated table which is totally unacceptable. After much pushback did the wait staff finally swap us to a 8 seated table for 8 people. From thereon, we just wanted to eat and get out because of that particular wait staff. The other wait staff were amazing at serving.

Always a great place to dine and catch up with family and friends. Food is always excellent.

We’ve been here 5 times, and it has always been flat out busy (full). This time it was less than half full. The staff was different and the service was very efficient. Previously, first drinks would take 15-20 mins, and the first plate of food 30 or so. This time, drinks within 2 minutes and first plate in 5. The restaurant has been redecorated and the lighting is brighter. The food is as previous visits, although I had to google if chicken yakitori is served hot or cold as ours was cold - the answer is either. I took hard to impress people, expecting a fun night even if the food wasn’t great, but it lacked atmosphere. Again, the service was prompt, the food was good and it is great value for money.

Have dined at numerous Okami restaurants, and this particular one was the best as far as food quality goes. Ten out of ten
