It took forever for the food to come out, like 45 minutes after we sat down and it’s meant to be all you can eat but the portions were also tiny and the wait time for the food made it feel like it was not all you can eat

Very small menu compared to what they had on offer months ago Pricing has now increased Chicken Teriyaki was not fresh with some pieces dry and hard and gave all of us stomach pain when we were home. Air con on high making it freezing and not comfortable to eat in. We needed to go outside to defrost whilst eating.

I absolutely love going to okami , have been there multiple times and each time I have left satisfied. I love the food and the service and the atmosphere. The seating could get a little cramped up and it gets a little awkward being so close to another 2 tables but other than that I love coming here

The rating for the service has NOTHING to do with the staff themselves - they were great! The problem is that the managers chronically under staff the restaurant during super busy evenings - they need at least one more waiter on during peak times. Also, the tables are waaaaay too high - I'm tall and yet I feel like a toddler having to pull myself up by my elbows - not super comfortable! It's also VERY noisy when things are busy- some soundproofing in the walls/flooring would go a long way. Overall the food is good, the price is good, and it's a place I'll return to again, but the aspects above are noteworthy

Food was good but service was frustrating. Plates of food left on one end of table. For some reason waiters didn't want to take two steps to spread food out. Same with drinks. Slow to bring beer then left on that same end. Drinks had to go hand by hand to other end. Strange!

Awesome food and drinks - great value for money. Noisy customers with screaming kids were the only downside... might be worth visiting at a different time (or just hoping for better luck) next time!

This was probably the worst visit. I think it may be due the Valentine’s Day bookings. Food was warm at best. Service was extra slow. When I asked what else was due to come out as I didn’t want to over order the staff told me they had no idea. They did have heart shaped cup cakes as a token gift, which was nice.

Very cold - freezing air conditioning. Courses arrive very randomly and kept waiting far too long. Need double the staff. Drinks confusing - hard to tell what is alcohol and what not. Desserts disappointing. Staff friendly, but overwhelmed and need more servers. Food okay - but not hot, for above reasons. Staff

We waited 40 minutes without any food being served. The restaurant was severely understaffed.

We booked online but chose the wrong sitting and the staff were very helpful to change this for us over the phone. The food was lovely overall, however there was a bit of wait time on some food. The table next to us seemed fine though. To be honest, for us it's a little expensive for a 13 yr old to pay Adult price particularly when the child doesn't each much. You also have to be very concious about the servings. It's not the most comfy setting, however we can't really fault the food, and it is good there is not much wastage.

We are still waiting for our order?!?!? Worst service - so slow And the attitude when we asked about missing dishes ordered over an hour prior Take a leaf from greensborough store - you order from the app at your table - much more reliable and efficient.

We visit Okami restaurants often, and feel that standards are beginning to slip On this occasion: - Miso soup was barely warm - Shumai were barely warm - Chicken katsu was cold and returned to kitchen - No ginger was provided on the Sashimi Platter (which wouldn’t normally be a problem if not for the lack of staff to place an order) - Not all food was delivered - Lack of staff to place an order (except for one female staff member who was excellent)

I enjoy this place, but book early so you don’t miss out. It’s always busy.

The food was so good. It's a very noisy restaurant. Music should be turned off its very distracting. We ordered the last 3 dishes before the time cut off. They did not arrive. In total we had 6 dishes missing. Didnt arrive. We had no explanation. I have been to the Geelong one before and no issues. This was my 4 family members 1st time so disappointed

Your staff members were professional, friendly and prompt. Your dishes were excellent, tasty and delicious. We have no complaints.

Service seemed to be purposely slowed down. Servings were smaller despite price rise to $43. Tables were getting served 1 tiny plate at a time which was ridiculous for our table of 6 people. Staff were not friendly at all.
