Great service great food. Great value for money. definitely be back again.

They changes the ordering system and remove a lot of products from the menu.

Food cold, what was supposed to be warm/hot. Meats were tough in texture. I don't believe the all you can eat is value for money to be honest.

Slow dinner service today, waited a long time for food to come out and when it did the servings were very small, not enough for our party of 7 so we had to reorder a number of times (which is fine), however a lot of our reorders didn’t turn up and it’s like our orders were skipped due to the influx in the kitchen. Need to find a better system Okami- Caroline Springs. Will stick to going to Hoppers Crossing. They are much better! Also, there was a plumbing issue in the toilets. It stunk so bad like sewerage and one of the cubical were boarded up with chairs. Definitely not OH&S approved.

They lost several of our orders in the systen somehow, some orders in the same round of orders came but others never turned up. Explaination for why just didnt add up. Not enough wait staff is propbably the issue as they were run off their feet getting food to tables. Great food, service was poor but not the servers fault let down by poor management.

Have been to other okamis’ and this one fell short in comparison across all aspects. Had to ask for wine glasses several times and even a knife for the cake. The food was average and came out in such a chaotic way. At the end of the evening the wait staff cleaned all our table and proceeded to empty the left over food in a bucket in front of us which was not pleasant as we were about to have dessert. Unlikely to return to this particular establishment as a result.

Easy to make reservations and ammend them. Food was delicious and came to us very quickly.

It was very busy when we arrived. It took awhile for the food to arrive. There was no cutlery for those who didn’t want to use chopsticks. The food was great when it arrived

Food was good and quick. The waitress was friendly and the service was prompt, she even offered a small piece of strawberry cheesecake with a candle for my birthday and she sung happy birthday to me!!

Its always good to celebrate birthdays here in Okami with unlimited buffet Japanese Food. Highly recommended!

Restaurant opens at 5pm on the dot so can't go in and be seated before. Got to front desk and waited several minutes before staff member even acknowledged me. Another staff member rushed through the introduction so could only just grasp how to order via app. All felt very transactional. Food was decent. Have been once before with a smaller party and someone took our order. Was nicer then. Restaurant is dark and enclosed, not the best vibe. Don't know if we'll be back. May do, just for convenience. OK for a quick family meal but wouldn't have an occasion or treat guests to a meal there. Have been to Hoppers Crossing and a lighter, more spacious venue, customer service was a bit better there too.

The main staff member that seated us was not helpful at all. Didn’t bother to tell us how to order from the QR code, didn’t check on us through out the meal. I had to constantly try to get her attention to ask for something. Our finished plates were left for ages before being cleared

Was disappointed that u could only get one ice cream when u have kids with you and they want an ice cream but cant have another one coz they all ready have one mind you I have 2 kids so it would have been 2 more and they were only allowed 1 think it’s a bit harsh when you’re paying that money

Overall a disappointing experience. We were a table of 2, dining in on a Monday night. The food was being brought out very slowly, and when we received it, it was either warm or cold. After an hour had elapsed, we were still hungry. Despite ordering a lot of food, we hadn't received a majority of it. I saw tables around us who came in much later, getting more food, and more frequently. Many of the dishes we received also had chips in them and shouldn't be used. After an hour of an unsatisfactory experience, we explained to a waitress that we had barely received any food. She was exceptional, friendly, and understanding. All of the staff were a pleasure to deal with. We were told that only 1 chef wad working, and were apologised to. During the 2nd hour of our experience, food was coming out quicker, to the point where were struggling to finish it all. I think this particular location was understaffed and overwhelmed, which lead to a disjointed experience that left a lot to be desired.

It was a great experience to celebrate my kids birthday with family.

Small portions, Waiting times long, not allowed to order more than 3 times, food from 2 order came before 1st order

Food was amazing and great value for money. Dishes are not much bigger, so makes it easier to try new food
