All good, except that we were asked to leave just before 7:30pm yet the website said that this only applied to Fri/Sat/Sun nights.

All the food was fresh and came out pretty quick. Staff worked quite well in clearing the dirty dishes too.

False advertising. Not really "all you can eat". If you want too much of an item they muck you around multiple times then say they have run out meanwhile serving it to other customers. Restaurant was half empty and they sat us down next to 2 noisy guys who never shut up all night. Waiter/waitress kept disappearing.

Food very fresh and nice presented and good service too

We go to Okami almost every week and every time are met by smiling, attentive and accommodating staff. Our requests have always been met. There is always an ample of delicious food! We love it.

We have eaten here before and the food is fine but the service this time was quite disappointing, rather sloppy and abrupt.

It was great value with good serving. A bit hard to find a parking spot.

Food and service was excellent as always. Staff were polite and service was fast.

The food was generally great but the ratio of sushi:sashimi was pretty bad and the cuts of sashimi were thin, nothing like what’s it looked like in the photos. Cawan mushi was horrible as the portion was too little in a cup hence it was very over steamed. However, quality of food overall besides the sushi and sashimi platter and cawan mushi is 9/10. Will definitely return for other again.

We had a lovely time but unfortunately were seated next to a large party of loud people so we couldn’t hear ourselves speak.

Food was good. Sushi and inari is always nicer when the rice is room temperature rather than freezing cold. The restaurant wasn’t busy. This could of been made fresh.

Love this place! Best value for money and amazing food.

Really enjoyed the raw salmon and rice sashimi!!! The veg dumplings and calamari salad are also a must try!!! Great price for value. Only down fall they forgot to bring us our miso soup at the start apart from this 10/10! Will come back again :)

Customer service was abrupt it’s all you can eat but the girl was very hash when it come to order your food. You have to keep reminding them where’s my order and where’s my drink we didn’t even get all the order that we ask for. I have kids with me and order chicken Karage 2serve as my kid only eat that so we got one serve 30mins later and the other serve was before we about to leave as I remind the guy several time my kids is still waiting for his food !!! Also salmon isn’t fresh !!! Teriyaki steak has no flavour !!! Not happy at all

We waited for a very long time to get our order. They forgot about our soups and salad and served it only after we remided them. Staff wasn’t responsive after multiple attempts to order food.

First time at the Caulfield branch - a great experience, however, the waiting times for food after the initial round was quite slow, had to follow up on a few dishes. Other than that, an excellent dinner. Staff were lovely and of course amazing value for money that you won't find at many restaurants.

family of 5. it was difficult to hear conversations as seated close to two big tables. On leaving, noticed quieter tables to sit at. booked month in advance so would have thought be placed in quieter table space...disappointing...

They had great food and great service, only somewhat downside was sometimes we wondered where our food was but they did well considering how packed the place was. Which also made the place quite noisy but that’s not their fault 👍

Service very efficient and friendly. Food was tasty and well presented and all hot dishes came to the table hot. For customers eating "a lot" it is very good value as it is "all you can eat for a set price."
