Food was sitting on the bench for while and when got in the table was completely cold. Took so long to get my order.

Food is ok but service is very bad. Food was served cold, not everything delivered what was ordered. Very disappointed.

Okami Caulfield menu offering is richer than the one in Hampton. You order through an app, the staff just brings along the dishes.

The restaurant was really cold. They did not have any heating on. When you go to a restaurant in the winter they should have the heating on so you feel warm and comfortable while eating. I asked them to turn on the heating and they did but it still took a long time to warm up. Also the price is very expensive now compared to what it used to be

seating wasn’t the comfiest and the table was very squished for two people. also the food was very bland which was disappointing as we’ve been to a very nice okami in pakenham but caulfield just didn’t live up to our expectations

Yes I know it was extremely busy and the staff were lovely. Might just need some more staff on. And as I’ve seen from a few other Okamis having iPads to order (makes it easy and sends straight to the kitchen) or a sign that we can flip when we would like to order! Very smart idea. I’ve never stayed longer than an hour and a half, which this night we were pushing the 2 hour limit. Having to wait to order food took a long time each time we wanted something. Food was amazing though when it came out.
