Always delicious and hot when it comes out, just very hard to talk to people.

Really great value and food, fresh and delicious, but very loud.

they are fast in service and the food is of ample size

We didnt enjoy it as much as other times we have dined here. Some of the dishes had sauces over the food that was overpowering. We will be back and order them without sauce.

Never fails to please. Their food is delicious and one’s out fresh and fast. The size portions are great for sharing. Order a few plates at a time and they always come and ask if you’re ready for more… at the right time. Love it! We will be coming back again.

Some of our dishes were just warm. Our first visit was much better than this time.

we were seated between the door and the register, not a good spot we froze to death every time the door opened (every 30 seconds) then got hit in the arm every time someone wanted to pay. The food was just plonked on the edge of table as the wait person was passing. Not a good experience this time. Sorry won't be back

Okami is our favourite Japanese restaurant, the food, service and atmosphere is amazing.

Thr food was lovely, service was very good and we enjoyed our night.

We go to Okami's in Cranbourne a lot, It's one of our favorite places to eat. Unfortunately we waited 2 hours for a few things that we ordered. Despite the fact that we asked about the food on a few occasions. By the time it came, we had dessert & was past the time for us to leave, due to the dining times that they have. The restaurant needs to be bigger, to accommodate more people. We are always squashed in like sardines. There's no real room to move with the tables behind you, so close & not enough room on the tables for all the food. Otherwise we love the place & the food

The only problem we had was where we were seated. When people entered the restaurant, there was a very cold breeze that came through the door

Great service , thanks in particular to one of the waiters . So smiley , happy and never gave us any of the “hurry up” “anything else” or rush us attitude . Very polite and always made our table excited for when he returned . We ended up tipping that waiter $50 for great service as we were celebrating my sons 13th birthday, the waiter made our light . Thank you. Food as always rocks so no complaints here .

The experience was delightful, apart from the fact that the staffs are way too shy, they always avoid eye contact to not get your orders.

First timers to Okani and we had a great night! You get around 2hrs to order anything off the menu. Suggest ordering what you would like to eat early so that you have enough time. Service was ok, but the food was delicious!

Food was great. It’s just the waiting time for the food to be served that makes things different.

Arrived at our booking time, service was slow and then we’re told we don’t get the full 2 hours as per the booking advice. A bit disappointed. Didn’t really get much out of an hour.

Uber eats drivers ruin the dining experience when eating in. They wait and get frustrated and it’s annoying watching a line right in front of your table. Other than that the food is amazing and although short staffed they did a great job 👍

Food was good just noisy and not enough staff on so was waiting a bit for order to be taken

we were seated and order taken and only 2 of the 6 items given to the table. followed it up and got one more, so we ordered more knowing the wait.. so much noise in the restaurant. tables crammed together. staff were asking us to order more... and they were surprised when we told them we were waiting for 5+ dishes. all the food was overcooked and the whole night was a waste. 4 of us and a round of soft drink was $170. not at all pleased. other locations don't manage their restaurant this way. the excuse that was given was that they were busy... it's a booked service... too busy then I suggest cut bookings. I'm just really disappointed at the whole experience. won't go back to this store again. staff tried their best but the flow of food was not up to scratch.
