Awesome food, good price, love Japanese Food, yummy, yummy, yummy

Very busy restaurant with minimal staff on. We sat seated waiting order for nearly 30mins. Upon ordering dishes they cam out to the table rather quickly but then sort of stopped and there were delays. Overall food was good, service was average due lack of staff.

Choose your own dinner adventure. Good food and plenty of choice. Venue was noisy for a Thursday and it is time structured eating. Two eating sessions so be prepared to be out by set time. Only negative was hard to hear which dish was being served and staff engagement.

The meal and service excellent. When it was time to pay,no eftpos, had to pay cash.

My birthday was a blast! Food were delicious and all of my guests were satisfied. Thank you and we will definitely come back👍

We REALLY wanted a receipt including your business name and ABN so we can claim the Victorian Government Dining &M Entertainment Program. We can not use the receipt you gave us on the night. Can you make a replacement receipt with this info ? We are Seniors on a budget and we thought we could claim the rebate but without this we can not claim.

Delicious food as always. Slow service but easily under staffed and they were doing the best they could.

Amazing food and service Only issue was with the booking online. It allows you to book outside of seating times. Which ment our amazing experience was spoiled by having less time and rushing the end. Getting desert and main together is not ideal. This is not the fault of the restaurant

Orders were missed, we had to ask multiple times for food. Food was amazing

one of our orders must have been forgotten as it took 45 mins for vegetable gyoza to come. Also we understood our reservation to be 6-8pm but we were chased out at 7:30pm.

Ordered second jar of sake but it took a long time to arrive.

Was very short time to be seated and first order was super quick and we were being checked continuously and didn't have to wait for order. Service was very very nice and getting even better than last time

First time trying the Cranbourne Okami restaurant. This is the third restaurant from the Okami franchise we have tried. Took longer to be served even though the rush was over. Food was still amazing as always with this chain though. Do yourself a favour and try them for yourself 😊

The food was average, but we sat for awhile before getting served or even got menus. People who came in a smaller group were getting served before us when we had already booked the big table in advance. The waiter and waitress kept rushing us to order considering we waited for a while and had to ask for our menus. Value for money is crap.

Overall was a good experience but we waited for 25mins for our last dish to arrive which is the only negative experience there.

The Food is greaf and the Staff are great, accomodating and friendly, only thing is the flooring of the area is always been so greasy and too sleepery. High risk of falls specially to aged customers and people with disability walking the restaurant.
