I love.Okami but tonight was a little bit disappointing it started of really well but half way l was waiting a good 20 mins for meals that we had ordered now l could understand if the place was full but it wasn't we asked the waite staff a few times were are these particular dishes l will still give them another try

Very busy got the orders a bit mixed up had to order a few meals twice for them to come out. Got a couple of things wrong also. But overall we still had a good time.

Was a good dinner with great friends, they did forget one of the rices and we only got three chances to order so really had to make the most of it.

Food was amazing. It kept coming. No waiting. The only drawback I was charged $10 for a container to take the leftovers home. Seemed excessive. The restaurant was packed and staff were friendly and prompt

Great food, great service, easy parking. Suit a couple to a large group.

Compared to the last visit, most of the dishes were very oily this time. The yakiniku beef was also very chewy and it seemed we had received the very end or overcooked parts. Otherwise, the atmosphere was alright and the sushi and potato croquettes were good.

One of the best Okamis I've been to and I've been to a few. The food is great, the service is quick and everything is delicious.

They were taking forever to bring the food out and it was cold most of the time. It was extremely hard to get the attention of a waiter to order more food aswell.

Service was pretty bad, lost one of our orders and didn't take dirty dishes away. Had to flag down a waiter anytime we wanted to order. Food was ok, beef was overcooked and swimming in oil.

Would have been excellent, but service slowed a little nearing the end of the dining experience, Food was excellent, every dish was tastey, fresh and hot, about as close as a ten out of ten you could get. Excellent value and will definitely recommend👍👍

Dishes were slow in coming to the table. Waitress asking for last orders was advised that we still hadn't receive dishes ordered 45 minutes prior. We left the restaurant still not receiving one dish ordered. Won't be back!

Some of the staff did not seem to want to be there. The food took ages to come out after ordering. Other times at Okami we have ordered and received food within five to ten minutes but we were waiting upwards of thirty minutes for food. We sat for the whole two hour session as we were sitting around waiting for food. Our second round of chicken katsu was burned but as we were waiting so long to receive it, we did not return it. Not the best experience we have had at Okami and I probably won’t be returning to this specific store.

Staff is friendly, food is fresh and delicious and location is great

pretty good. small sizing of sushi or I should say the sushi was tiny compared to other times I had gone.

Was a little disappointing this time around, normally the servings are great! Not this time, our party of 4 had to order 5 or 6 times to get adequate food for us all, took ages to get the food once ordering too. Might try a different location next time.

The staff was okay but some of the food was a bit off the chicken karage was dry and hard it's like over cook same with the beef is so chewy and hard unlike our last dine-un in it's was amazing but last night was very dissapointed. Food are not cooked as what we expected.

have visited this restaurant in the past a few years back and it was great, however our last visit was not so great. the staff worked very hard but the wait times for orders was totally unacceptable. we received parts of orders that had far too much time between order and delivery at table and we actually left at the end of the 2 hours leaving ordered menu items behind as we didn't think they were coming even though we had asked more than once what was happening with the orders. the noise level was beyond the restaurants control however it just made the time waiting for food with a high level of noise unbearable. You would do a great justice to your staff and the venue if you limited the numbers of patrons to half of what was there on Tuesday evening. unfortunately I wouldn't risk returning. The cost involved and delivery of service left a lot to be desired.

Food was delicious but restaurant was too busy so we waited a long time for our food. Some came after I'd paid the bill! Pity for the wait otherwise was good!

Always good when you don’t have to cook. The only problem was the chicken Karachi was cut in small pieces, dry and over cooked.
