Wonderful friendly staff, very warm & polite. There were several times when we struggled to get a staff members attention, this was only during very busy periods when all staff seemed very busy. The food is amazing & such great value, especially for our young kids whom we are able to feed with a variety of healthy-ish tasty options, very rare when taking kids out. This is our second time at an Okami restaurant & it will easily remain our favorite & first option! Thankyou,

Food was lovely - really fresh and staff were quick to take orders. Food came really quick too I had booked a couple of weeks ago and our table was right near the door - every time the door opened a cold gust of wind came in. This is the type of table most places would give to walk ins! We brought a bottle of wine to share between 2 and were offered an ice bucket but it never showed. Despite my constructive criticism I will return - armed with information about where to sit!

Disappointed, not as good as I was hoping it to be. Serves are VERY small and timing is very controlled. One dish is brought out for 2 people rather than one each as first ordered. This definitely took up the allocated dining time!! Not really an 'All You Can Eat' deal! Nor worth $35 per person!! Unfortunately, we won't be going back.
