The food was lovely, but the wait time between dishes was long. We did not receive all of our orders either. Table staff were friendly.

The chicken, fried rice and eggplant tasted a bit salty last night they are normally pretty good but everything else was great including the service

This was my third visit and my guest's first visit. For some reason we were seated by ourselves in the area closest the entrance. All other patrons were in the other area on the other side of the divider. At one point another couple arrived and were seated directly besides us. Then another waitress came and said to them that she would move them to the other area because it was less noisy. Hello!! what about us? The meal continued but the food was far less tasty than my two previous visits. When we were reaching the last 20 minutes of our allotted two hour window none of the staff came near us to clear our dishes or ask if we would like to order any other dishes. I had not ordered any dessert at that stage and when I did get to order some ice cream the female waitress who hadn't looked after us previously that evening was snappy and said unpleasantly - this is your last order. So unlike my first two enjoyable visits this experience was very poor and I cannot see myself returning. Pity because I told friends and family of my first two enjoyable visits. That will not be happening this time.

We weren't given enough time to persue the menu so we could select what we wanted to eat. I have been to several Japanese restaurants and thoroughly enjoyed them but not this one. We won't be visiting again.

Very loud could not hold a conversation. Food was really good. Service not so good but they were very busy. Probably come back on a week night.

A must visit place to go if you want value for your money. Not just because of the ALL-YOU-CAN-EAT set-up but with the satisfying and delicious food they serve. The service they provide is also superb. Me and my wife can't wait to go back and try the things we've missed the first time.

Food is always delicious and service was amazing. They were super busy tonight with a few large groups dining in so food was a little slow coming out but the experience was still great.

As usual the food was excellent and the service was awesome, friendly and fast. Seems like the menu options have shrunk a little since the last time we were there though.

It would have been fantastic if we could pay separately, seeing as we were a group of friends having dinner it is very uncommon that one person pays the lot.

The food was amazing. OKAMI has installed a new service system, where you flip-over a red card and the staff attend to you straight away. The wait time to receive your food was only minutes. The staff are always friendly and helpful. We always ask for extra mayonnaise and extra teriyaki sauce. They are always happy to provide this. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Visited on a Saturday night. It was full and therefore very busy. Food comes very slow, especially the sushi dishes. A two hours sitting, we only managed to get sushi order twice. There was a large table next to us who didn’t get their mains until the end of two hours. The food was ok. Some dishes were nice and some tasted like frozen food from supermarkets. I will visit again as I know what to order now. And make sure you place your Sushi orders at the beginning and order plenty, coz this might be the only chance to you to have sushi dishes!

Took a while for the food to come and missed a few dishes as well. We had less than 2 hours worth of eating time because the first dish was served 40mins later so technically we only had 1hr and 20mins.

Tonight was our first time dining at Okami, we can’t wait to go back!
