Good and service is always perfect. It’s even easier now that they’ve got the iPads

The place is good and staff were friendly. However it is disappointing that Okami in general has taken some foods in their menu and it became more expensive

The food was good, but was a bit slow, service was nice overall

The original so I have a lot of great memories here with family and friends. Food is delicious and service is fantastic but the building is a little dated & the bigger dinner area is upstairs as is the bathroom.

We did the “all you can eat” which is relatively good value for money. Food was amazingly delicious.

Menu changes a lot but food is ok. You can order by yourself, saving some waiting time.

Fantastic variety of food. Quick service and fresh ingredients. Miso steak is tender and flavoursome

The main lady at the reception was amazing! Unfortunately you can't alter the menu anymore which is terrible for Vegans and egg intolerance(no allergy) Not worth $40 a head when you eat veggies

Very slow in receiving our orders. We almost finished our meals and we are still waiting some of our orders to arrive. Price has increased and the serving portion is very small as compared before. No coming back anymore.

Since dining at Okami a few months prior, service has now diminished; ordering food is now largely via QR code, very little face to face service and a number of our dishes just did not arrive (even when we re-ordered, some still did not arrive). Understaffed as they were rushing around and empty dishes were not cleared from table even when new dishes arrived. However, new variety of food was a pleasant surprise.

Food was cold , staff quite rude.. won’t be back

Amazing as always, Ming introduced us to a few new delicacies, it's always a beautiful experience at Hampton. We were attended to by Maya & Ming tonight. These staff members made certain we didn't run out of food or drinks. They gave everyone the same courtesy always smiling where possible having conversation especially sat are always very busy. Above & beyond. 10/10.

We had a great foodie experience at Okami, Hampton. The food was fresh and served at a good pace. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The mocktails were really good and great value. Nice place. Will definitely go back.

A busy night on Mother’s Day, but the service was below par. Incomplete order and staff had little awareness about the patrons needs.

The wait staff were not overly attentive. A dish we ordered arrived cold and we sent it back and asked if it could be made again so it would be hot and it never came. Restaurant was very busy and staff couldn’t seem to manage. Food was very slow to arrive at table.
