OKAMI - Hampton

Very quick service, delicious food and very accommodating to our children.

Having been to this venue many times, I couldn’t help but observe that the portions for the numbers at the table were less than previous visits. Overall the food was acceptable but the eggplant was very oily and the teriyaki steak not cooked well at all. The tempura prawns etc came out far too late like 1 second before the ice cream.

Early visit was quite good. Quick service and low level of noise. Food were good as usual.

Overall very good experience and value for money. Would go again

We have been here many times over 5 years or so. There must have been a change of owners. It was 45 mins before our first order was taken.

Food is ok, service is good 👍. Food gone out quick and the waiters are attentive. Lightning is a bit dark and quite a small area.

Had an amazing night there with my 2 kids. They loved the variety of Japanese food they could try. Wish there were more on the dessert menu though. But overall good value for money.

We loved the food, and had plenty to eat. A non dairy dessert would be good too.

Two of us have hearing aids and as more people arrived it got more difficult to understand each other. This is not a reflection of the restaurant but an honest appraisal from our point of view. Our party of 7 had a great time though. Service was truly excellent. The food arrived in a timely manner and the wait staff could not have been more impressive. If you have not tried an Okami Restaurant yet, then you Should! The food is great, the staff are attentive and Okami is superb value for money.
