OKAMI Hampton

The food came out quite slowly and a few of my orders did not go through due to some technical issue. This is our third Okami restaurant we tried and its been the slowest. The food is ok and staffs were friendly.

It was weird not having a menu in front of me, didn't realise that everything is now online. The food was so lovely and the customer service was incredible

Sushi dishes were quite cold directly from the fridge. I would've been better if they were less cold. Ice cream was already melted or not frozen like how it should be from the freezer. Overall, good dishes & service.

Staff great and always ask if you want more so well worth the money as you really can eat all you want and plenty of great dishes to choose from

If you like fresh quality dishes then it’s a must visit to experience and try all the different dishes on the menu

Love the miso steak always cooked perfectly and gotta try the beef carpaccio

Definitely worth a visit and good value if you can eat a lot as there’s plenty to choose from and good value for money especially the steak which is always quality

I live far but will always go to Okami in Hampton, always excellent quality and service

Didnt get some dishes we ordered, mixed up the order with other tables. Table was a bit too small. Food met the expectation, service was reasonable

People who came after us were being served before us and servers kept ignoring when we were trying to draw their attention to order food. Your service has definitely deteriorated compared to before.

A very pleasant dining experience for our group of 9.

The pictures on the menu don’t live up to the size that comes out. There were 6 of us, for example the chicken wings, only 2 came out, on the menu there is at least 8. Waiters didn’t come around enough to take orders. The table next to us has 8 they received way more table service got their food before us and we were there before them.

Amazing experience, the food was superb, love the chicken karaage and stir fry Udon, the plum wine and fruit sake were also great. All the staffs were very polite and helpful, will definitely come back

Very unlike our usual experiences...staff seemed uninterested, one rolled her eyes when we made contact to order, another was wearing a black rubber glove (touching everything) Just not the usual
